Never buying again, could taste ammonia in quite a few of these fish fingers.
Fish not fresh, many tasted of ammonia, not very good in fish products.Never buying again, could taste ammonia in quite a few of these fish fingers, which means that fish is not fresh, threw the lot in the rubbish, so disappointed. Tried to cook two lots, still the same problem.

Sensational! Best fish fingers I've had in years.
I've been put off buying fish fingers for years, as I've only known them to be dry, hard, & tasteless.
I've had my eye on Jamie Oliver's Brilliant Fish Fillet Fingers (in the orange box) for many months now. Yesterday, decided to give them a go. They are beautiful. I wondered why I took so long to try them! My faith in frozen fish fingers has been restored! Yay! The fish falls off the fork, it is soft & very tender. The breadcrumbs have just enough crunch, & for my sensitive teeth, that's perfect for me, as I can't eat anything with too much c...runch. These frozen fish fingers are made using sustainably sourced 100% Alaskan pollock. They are low in fat, sugars & salt. I baked mine on a baking tray lined with baking paper, in a 190 fan-forced oven, for 15 mins. The box says 12 min, but I wanted to make sure they were piping hot before eating. I served mine with a bunch of broccoli. The box says the fish fingers go very nicely with tartare sauce & sweet potato wedges. Might try that next time. All in all - a wonderful product. They are well worth the money. In Woolies a box of 10 is $4.70. A box of 24 is $8.99. Thanks Jamie, for finally giving the customers some decent fish fingers, that are not only a pleasure to eat, but contain very little in the way of "bad" ingredients. I'll be buying these for as long as they appear in my local Woolies. I hope I never see "new & improved" on the box, any time soon! They are beautiful, just the way they are.
Purchased in April 2019 for A$4.70.
