due to health problems I was forced to downsize my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle (for work) from Jarvis in December and my vehicle has spent more time in there workshops than on the road. Terrible customer service. My van has gone from one workshop to another, Jarvis Norwood know myself and my van very well and yet I have had one service department employee try and charge me for parts and labour (van still under warranty) and they don't communicate with each other either because I have had my van booked in for work a couple of times but the i...ndividual failed to put it in the diary. Thanks to Jarvis I'm surprised I still have a job. Hillcrest Jarvis failed to tell me from the beginning, that for the make and model of my van, that they don't have the necessary tools to work on it (3rd visit I was told this).
Sales and service sloppy
Sale at Kensington was sloppy, but the service dept has been the real problem. Have to ask several times for updates to made to sat nav, ladies at the service phone line are frosty, Kensington never answer the phone and take over a day to call you back. I have made a complaint to Subaru Australia and finally decided to swap service to Eblen. I love Subaru cars; Jarvis dose not do any justice to the brand in South Australia.

Always great service - Jarvis Subaru has twice fixed vehicle problems after expiration of warranty at no cost or at significantly reduced rate.

Great customer service/great car/great waiting areas
I finally traded in the 20+ year old car for a brand new Corolla Ascent hatchback which has more bells and whistles than I will ever use. The service I received from everyone from the salesman through to the service people was excellent. When I take my car in for a service someone is there to greet me almost straight away, you can drive your car right up to the concierge for drop off. They have a great waiting area which has TV, WiFi, help yourself free coffee, cold drinks, biscuits. The workshop area is clean and they are always respectful to...the customer and the car. My car always comes back cleaner than it went it. The car has always been ready when they said it would. From my experience I would thoroughly recommend their after sales service. Questions & Answers
Every time I take my car to get serviced at Jarvis they try to upsell me with extras that are expensive and I have a feeling are unnecessary. I know I am obligated to return for the service but what about all the extras?
