Worst customer service ever Robina Store
Had a faulty Microsoft Surface Pro keyboard that I purchased 3 months ago.
From the minute i walked in got treated like a leper.
Everyone turned their heads & ignored me.
After 5 mins went to front counter & girl at the front didn't want anything to do with it & said I needed to wait for sales staff.
I walked out.
I will never shop here again.

JBHiFi sometimes higher in devive stock and price comparing to other electronic retail store. Furthermore do not stock desired products though and a simple review of not having the right model in their stock is not published because does not meet standard. Actually, their rip off standard. That is so unexpected. Lucky did not buy too expensive devicd with refund and delivery problems.
JB Worker Complaint
My Dad has been BANNED from JB at Forest Hill Chase. All for saying hello at the door girl over a month ago. It was that blonde woman who kicked him out. I want to speak to someone about this. I'm really angry about this. He did nothing wrong. My Dad has had 4 accusations made against him, someone said he had his arm around one girl, and they accused him of belittling another staff member. He is always friendly. Not one warning he received. This is really upsetting to our family. He said Happy New Year to that blonde woman over a week ago, she ignored him, and walked away. You should be ashamed of yourselves, JB-HIFI. He is 82 years old. He would never harm a fly. He is the most harmless and friendliest man in the world.
How dare you.
Total lack of customer service
Recently visited JB Hi-Fi's modbury store, firstly meet by aggressive security guard at front door who barked orders to everyone who came in. Lots of floor staff who were too interested in talking to their friends and comparing muscles. Then when came to check out the line was nearly out the door, only 2 registers operating but 5 staff behind the counter. I understand there are COVID restrictions at the moment but wouldnt you think that the staff on the registers wouldnt have to answer the phones as well while the other 3 just chat away. Nu...mber of people complained, staff just not interested and when voiced opinion about the number of people in the store the security lady at the front door just arked up and started abusing us the customer who just spent money in the store where she works!!!! Honestly serious training required for all staff on service and customer service.
Is anyone home?
I swore three years back never to visit the Tweed City store again after waiting an hour for service. Well, I weakened today and tried them again. Nothing has changed. They simply just don't have enough staff and those who weren't attending to customers were jovially talking to each other and ignoring those waiting around them. That's it for me.
Fantastic Customer Service which is rare these days
I have made several purchases at the store in Geelong and more recently the Waurn Ponds store. There is a sales person named "Josh" who just seems to know everything about all forms of technology. I suspect he has worked in the industry for many years. I just purchase whatever he recommends as some times there are too many choices and he has never let me down. I only hope he does not "move on" which tends to happen when you FINALLY find a great assistant. never mind. Thanks JB and Josh
Never Buy From Jb Hi-fi! Terrible Experience
I bought my PS4 Pro from JB Hi-Fi, not even close to a year the console then crashes on itself destroying the entire harddrive so i sent it in for repairs 30th of November 2020. I was told by staff that it would take roughly less then 4 weeks. I call up on the 9th of January 2021 and i get told that JB Hi-Fi gave Sony the wrong Serial Number so my PS4 Pro wasnt sent to Sony a whole 17 days after i put it Playstation for repair!
This service is absolutely terrible and the woman that was talking to me over the phone didn't even say sorry, she didn't seem to care or to even try help me!
Im making sure none of my family, friends, relatives, everyone not to buy from JB HI FI EVERRRRR!!!!

DO NOT GIVE JB-HIFI YOUR DETAILS FOR SMS/EMAIL RECEIPTS. After doing so INSTORE I have been targeted by sms scams. Not a new thing but this time they know my full name
(not email name) phone number, suburb I live in and store i shopped at. The only way for this to happen is from INSTORE AT JB-HIFI I have never and will never give this info out online.
So do not give your information to JB-HIFI instore..
One of the best Laptops I have ever used.

Not matching prices is poor business
Poor customer service. In this day and age JB is way behind the times, with not matching either Costco prices or online competitor prices. I was going to be at the Rouse Hill store today, so rather than duck down the road to Costco at Marsden Park (to which I am a member) I wanted to see if JB would match the $79.95 Costco had for an item, that JB was selling for $89.95... well they wouldn't match it, saying you had to be a member of Costco to get those cheap prices. Well I am a member, so I will go down the road and JB can lose my business oer...$10 (or I can even get the product online at Costco with free delivery - even other stores in Melbourne - Im in Sydney - have it for $80 with free shipping, which JB wouldn't match either as they were in VIC). Ok, then don't take my money. (Even Harvery Norman will price match Costco). Very inflexible practices when the days of store shopping are going by the wayside. If you want my business JB you really need to get with the times and actually either offer more competitive prices or actually price match, regardless of if it's Costco or an online store (especially when the difference is only $10).
I don't know why the ratings are so low...
I had just moved home and was in need of new appliances, yes JBhifi in Penrith was utterly chaotically busy but I did manage to find someone who could help me. They managed to track down the microwave my wife and I wanted and gave us some great help around information on a new TV (which we'll get in the new year). Also, congrats for masks and pointing out to customers when they are not social distancing.
No staff no 1.5m distancing
Waited 10 minutes at TVs. No staff acknowledged me. Sales point sprung up where I was waiting with crowd control nonexistant.
Excellent Customer Service
Thanks for the excellent information and customer service at the Waurn Ponds Victoria store when I went looking for a Bluetooth Headset. Store was clean and tidy, well presented and set out. I had no idea what I was looking for, but wanted to be able to talk handsfree at anytime with no wires hanging around my neck. I had an excellent guy look after me who knew a lot about what I needed. He went through pros and cons, talked about whether I was using it for just talking or listening to music etc. There were various items to choose from, but I...chose with his help a JABRA Bluetooth Headset which was $100.00. With Christmas only 7 days away, the store was very busy, but he still gave me his undivided attention. Thank you for the fantastic service, I think your name was Les. I will be back to this store again. Cheers Di

I was after an apple watch se nike for my wife and checked in one than one store. They all memtioned there was no stock.
However, Trevor went beyond. He was very friendly and helpful. He suggested me other apple watch models that were available in stock.
Unfortunately, none was suitable as either it was too big or it was over my budget. He then check on jb hifi store and check for a normal 40mm se for any stocks.
He managed to find there were some in prahan. He went to the extra mile to my surprise by calling the prahan store and got it arranged to be send to thomastown so I could pick up later.

DON'T BUY LENOVO tabs from JD HI FI They refuse to bring in screen protectors. Not happy with staff "too bad" attitude.
Attentive, knowledgeable service
I needed guidance and assistance for a hearing impaired person. I was helped by a courteous, knowledgeable sales assistant (Steve) who directed me towards a few suitable wireless headphones and subsequently purchased a set of Bose wireless headphones for our television that have made a huge difference to a hearing experience. It’s always a simple, attentive and professional experience to purchase through JB HiFi, you do not need not to go elsewhere.
Samsung S3 Watch
Can't speak highly enough of JB Hi Fi Shepparton sales staff & especially the Manager. Bought a Samsung S3 Watch & they were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting expert service & advice.
First & Last
I have ordered 4 Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machines online as family presents & their Courier Toll Priority stuffed-up the delivery of my orders. First, they split the order (even though they were sent out together), being 3 orders were delivered to Botany Depot & the 4th, delivered to Bungarribee, NSW. The courier then sent an sms that they were going to deliver on the 26/11/20, then the 27/11/20. I wasted 2 days waiting, which did not arrived & spoke to customer service (3 times) & adviced them that I do not want them delivered home, but i...nstead, made arrangement to pick them up from the Botany Depot, which was 15 mins. drive away (next suburb). Today, they delivered them at home, good thing that my husband was home (otherwise, more wasted days). After all this, the items were not sealed nor wrapped. Not happy, JB HIFI, after paying $18.00 for delivery, you could at least made the effort to wrapped them in plastic, not just leave them as is (see photo).
Not Enough Staff But Good Prices if you ask for a discount
My goto store for technology if I know what I want. Hard to get staff as they are always busy. Ask for a discount as they give about 10% if asked
