Terrible product claim experience
People must avoid jb hi fi store at Parramatta westfield store. Staff there only happy to make your sale purchase and if you do products repair claim they will change their face very quickly and accused you damaged the product so you can't claim. Female manager is worest she accused you product damaged no matter what.
And forget about their website about consumer guarantees statements which is rubbish to them as they do not agree to it.
Thomastown staff are excellent

I was after an apple watch se nike for my wife and checked in one than one store. They all memtioned there was no stock.
However, Trevor went beyond. He was very friendly and helpful. He suggested me other apple watch models that were available in stock.
Unfortunately, none was suitable as either it was too big or it was over my budget. He then check on jb hifi store and check for a normal 40mm se for any stocks.
He managed to find there were some in prahan. He went to the extra mile to my surprise by calling the prahan store and got it arranged to be send to thomastown so I could pick up later.

Dont buy from JD HI FI their Lenovo tablets.
DON'T BUY LENOVO tabs from JD HI FI They refuse to bring in screen protectors. Not happy with staff "too bad" attitude.
I purchased from JB HI FI Burleigh Heads QLD a Samsung TV and a Sonos Arc Sound bar which were installed (FRI) 6 days ago. Had sound issues with the Sonos, Fargo from JB HI FI had the installer's back on TUE, appeared to fix the issue, same problem again on WED. No issues Farbo arranged for a brand new replacement sound bar and this was installed THU. Working. You can't buy service like this. Well done JB HI FI, Bill M
EXTENDED WARRANTY SURPRISE
Bought a $2250 HP laptop for my daughter for Christmas 2017. If failed in November 2020 so we did a claim under the extended [3year] warranty we added to the purchase. After a few weeks of sending it off [at their cost] and getting it assessed, they sent a purchase order for a new $2250 HP replacement [much higher spec], arranged to pick it up at the nearest JB, all done

Ordered a dash camera on Black Friday sale, the camera doesn't work. I was sent to a store to exchange it. Came to Supa Centre store, stuff told me that they don't have internet, and they couldn't help me and they call me back when it is fixed. Nobody called in 2 days. As a result an hour spent for nothing. On Saturday called to Parramatta Westfield store, they told me they have 3 cameras in stock and promised me to hold one for me. 1 hour driving to Parramatta, 1 hour in store, 1 hour back. The camera was not exchanged, cause no cameras were i...n stock. The sales manager didn't even check stock when I called. Now have to wait 4 business day to receive money back, before I can go to other store and buy a new camera. What an amazing Christmas shopping experience!
Wonderful service and helpful staff
I had a wonderful experience from JB Hi-fi, the Parramatta branch. They helped me with an exchange of a product I wasn't happy with. Zion and the other salespeople were super helpful. I would definitely recommend getting your electronics and sundries from JB hifi
Attentive, knowledgeable service
I needed guidance and assistance for a hearing impaired person. I was helped by a courteous, knowledgeable sales assistant (Steve) who directed me towards a few suitable wireless headphones and subsequently purchased a set of Bose wireless headphones for our television that have made a huge difference to a hearing experience. It’s always a simple, attentive and professional experience to purchase through JB HiFi, you do not need not to go elsewhere.
Samsung S3 Watch
Can't speak highly enough of JB Hi Fi Shepparton sales staff & especially the Manager. Bought a Samsung S3 Watch & they were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting expert service & advice.
First & Last
I have ordered 4 Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machines online as family presents & their Courier Toll Priority stuffed-up the delivery of my orders. First, they split the order (even though they were sent out together), being 3 orders were delivered to Botany Depot & the 4th, delivered to Bungarribee, NSW. The courier then sent an sms that they were going to deliver on the 26/11/20, then the 27/11/20. I wasted 2 days waiting, which did not arrived & spoke to customer service (3 times) & adviced them that I do not want them delivered home, but i...nstead, made arrangement to pick them up from the Botany Depot, which was 15 mins. drive away (next suburb). Today, they delivered them at home, good thing that my husband was home (otherwise, more wasted days). After all this, the items were not sealed nor wrapped. Not happy, JB HIFI, after paying $18.00 for delivery, you could at least made the effort to wrapped them in plastic, not just leave them as is (see photo).
Store credit provided for not fit for purpose return
Today I returned out of warranty waterproof Bluetooth & MP3 earplugs to Mt Ommaney store (Brisbane) as they did not work while swimming as advertised. They were purchased in Adelaide and given as a gift. I have only recently started swimming again and had not previously used in the pool hence did not realize they were not fit for purpose.
I was given a store credit for which I am very appreciative. Great service!
Not Enough Staff But Good Prices if you ask for a discount
My goto store for technology if I know what I want. Hard to get staff as they are always busy. Ask for a discount as they give about 10% if asked

Just spoke to José (Jay) in the gaming dept at Fountain Gate and seriously nothing was too much trouble for him and I was only enquiring about a headphone jack! An absolute pleasure and an asset to your company!

Terrible Customer Service
I went to buy a phone at the Waurn Ponds store and the one I wanted wasnt in stock. When I asked the sales rep whether he could order one in he told me it was a lot easier if I went online and bought it. When I asked if I would have to pay postage he replied that I would but it was only $10. He begrudgingly ordered a phone for me when I said I wouldnt be paying an extra $10 because he couldnt be bothered ordering one for me.
Just been in store and seen they sell tvs smaller than 55inch , not sure why , as a friend of mine said the smallest TV a person should have in there house is 55 inchs . Would like to see the smaller tvs removed from there product list
Worst service and Misleading advertising
I went into the Cannington Store today and chose some products that were clearly advertised as buy two get one free. When paying I asked about the promo and was told I had made a mistake. So I suggested politely that that is misleading(And it was) I was told by one of the other people behind the counter again the I am wrong, As I left another staff member outside the desk made a smart comment when he thought I was out of earshot. I suggested to him with my 32 years in retail I am well aware that their advertising was contrary to the ACL and I w...ill be recommending to my large group of friends not to visit this store because of their appalling trade practices. I would think the Muir group would be displeased at their behaviour to say the least.
