Love JB. But they can be aggressive sellers
Been a long time shopper at JB Hifi and Ive purchased a good amount of items. Some staff really try to sell you some carrier offers or device damage cover rather aggressively. Some staff really try to find you the cheapest deal they have for the product you want without any catches. But overall will continue going there! Good replacement printer
Replaced my Epsom WF3620 which was 7 years old. Feels bit flimsy compared to the WF3620 but print quality very good. Some extra features compared to the more costly previous printer. Only gripe was they downsized LED screen and very hard to read hence 4 stars, otherwise would have rated 5 stars. Found this on JB's website and went to the store (last one) so very happy not to miss out. I noticed JB updated the online availability quickly so full marks there. Samsung mobile
I brought a brand new Samsung phone from jb hifi and everything went well and brought cover ,protection screen and was given simple verbal instructions to follow and and a print out script to following transferring data from old to new phone.it all seemed so easy even an old woman like me should understand.got home so i gave a very good review..then..to my dissappointment..nothing worked reliaze I had no adapter to charge new phone.ordered from Amazon. Then 4 days later I was not able to find smart switch on new phone.called jb rouse Hill.they... Read more we're not interested.i was told to called samsung and set it with them.i was shocked.not aware of new technologies and information given was inaccurate for me because I found another way..to trf data by qr code..my question is...why was not I told about this...just a 2 mins set up only or written on the scuffy paper given to me...i will never buy a phone there again. .Product QualityCustomer Service

Interesting experience with customer service

Security Zorica was so helpful. Can't thank her enough
On the 18/3/ 2023I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Jb at Greensborough. The person that served my gave me the wrong information. They told me that the vacuum cleaner came with items which it didn't. I specifically asked if it contained them. I believed the box didn't have the items so returned it to South Morang. South Morang told me I had to go back to Greensborugh. When I arrived back at Greensborough the staff were very rude and blamed me suggesting I didn't understand English.

Great Shop, Great Range of Product, badly understaffed
Purchased a Printer for Pick up online, went to store in mile end to pick up (this went well). I wanted to look at earpods and smart watches and get some advice, waited about 15 minutes but all staff were busy, finally a nice lady saw me and asked if I needed help, she then rang through to ask for help in this area. 20 mins later still no one. Dressing code of conduct
As I may be a little old fashioned I do respect people if they dress correctly . meaning horrible jewellery hanging from their nose that is definitely a put off. for me I'm sorry but I think all jewellery should be dismantled from their face while working in a retail shop if they want to wear jewellery wear it outside working hours is this asking too much. The worst fan I've ever perchased
The "USB desk fan" is perhaps the worst fan known to man. This measly, overpriced fan dose almost the opposite of what it's meant to. Even if you wanted to cool your big toe, I still wouldn't recommend this thing. It feels like an and is trying to blow air at me, not to mention the horrid sound this thing makes. Why did I wait so long?
The store was easy to navigate as the product I was buying was on a centre display, finding staff though was the challenge.The range of products were good, I was buying a Dyson vacuum cleaner
I have loved this new handheld dyson stick I wonder why I took so long to embrace it. No more dragging cords around with the old one on wheels. I have had one small issue with it since I bought it but it was taken care of under warranty. No complaints here Show details

Left waiting for nothing!
I went into JB hifi on Friday afternoon as I was needed to get a charger for my iPad Pro, after 20 mins of browsing trying to find the one to match my cable, a sales person come up and serve me and I explained what I wanted and showed him what I was after. He told me he would check on his computer and to come back to let me know if the product was in stock, after 10 min and not returning I was about to walk out when I saw spoke to another salesman and he got me the product behind the computer counter like come on what a waste of nearly 30 mins just to sit and wait for a product to be purchased pick up and hire more professional salespeople who actually know their products not just to leave the customer hanging Show detailsProduct QualityCustomer Service
