Fantastic service all around
We bought a TV from JB Hifi Capalaba a few weeks ago. The sales person was helpful, but not pushy, and the TV was delivered by very friendly couriers, the next day. After 3 weeks of perfect operation, the TV developed a fault. On calling the store directly, I received an excellent response from the manager, who passed my call to the storeroom. In very short time, details were exchanged and a replacement ordered. It was delivered within 2 days, again by friendly couriers. I cannot fault the in store experience, nor the after sales service. Highly recommend this store.

EXTENDED WARRANTY SURPRISE
Bought a $2250 HP laptop for my daughter for Christmas 2017. If failed in November 2020 so we did a claim under the extended [3year] warranty we added to the purchase. After a few weeks of sending it off [at their cost] and getting it assessed, they sent a purchase order for a new $2250 HP replacement [much higher spec], arranged to pick it up at the nearest JB, all done

Supurb treatment of customers
Jabra (a manufacturer) refused to honour the warrantee on my item, and JB covered it for me out of pocket. They were really nice about it too. They reassured me through the whole process that I would get my money back regardless of Jabra's attempts to swindle me. They can be a bit slow to serve you, but I think that's just because they spend so much time with each person to fully help them. They are reliable and not too expensive. You don't have to worry about being cheated when you shop at JB!

We always purchase our electrical products from JB Hifi. The staff at Kotara Homemaker Centre at JB have always gone above and beyond to price match and to answer any technical questions. We have also had to return faulty products and have found this process easy and the staff willing to assist.
Just feel I need to write something. Ive found JBHIFI Brisbane cbd excellent with returns for faulty items. Twice this happened on the same day & not a question asked ..refunded. Third time lucky & it was a manufacturers error. This is why I continue to shop there first - well done

Very helpful with returns
I returned my modem, which was outside the warranty period, to JB Hi Fi for replacement. Initially, I was fobbed off by counter staff, until I asked to see the manager. He had a completely different attitude. He explained that JB Hifi was unable to replace the item, because it was two months, outside the warranty period but he would help me approach the manufacturer, because he agreed that the modem should be replaced, as it had failed during the warranty period. So he made the call to Linksys(in the Philippines) and, by using his knowledge of ...the system, was able to convince them to issue a Returned Merchandise Authority. JB Hifi was then able to supply me with a new modem, not Linksys, at a generous discount. I am very grateful to the manager of the store at Helensvale for all his help. Good old fashioned customer assistance. How refreshing is that! Just like the good old days when retailers cared about their customers. I hope JB Hi Fi recognises Paul for his amiable attitude.

Helped with a difficult product replacement
I needed to have a faulty ebook reader replaced, but did not have an original receipt or original packaging, only a credit card receipt. Was ready for a fight about the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, but staff were understanding and accommodating. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
Very pleased with my experience with them
Bought a powerline devices (came in pair) and after 6+ month one device dies. No drama here, anything that is a little bit more complex than a crow bar may break. Unfortunately at that time I had already lost the receipt so I thought they would use it as an excuse to not to deal with me. However I was very pleased when I called their store, explained all the details and they were very helpful - they checked their system, found my purchase and after confirming my details invited me to the store for a replacement. And once I arrived they just swa...pped the fault units with a new one taken out of a brand new box. Can't be more happier! They price is not the cheapest but it is nice to have a local warranty and confidence backed up by a large well-known brand. Thanks guys!
New 65inch TV - Great Service
Best customer service , straight forward to the point. I knew more or less what I want whiten my my budget and they helped me right away. Easy to find the stores always big signs and sales. Staff always helpful and friendly , maybe just get a name tag as its hard to notice the difference between staff and customers
