This was my review and apparently it if too harsh for them so they wont be publishing it on there site.

Waited 2 days and it still hasn't arrived
I bought this online to try and save myself a trip to the shop. Ordered it at midnight on a Thursday and still haven't received it on Saturday . Order is still in processing. Trying to cancel my order .I recommend you save yourself the hassle and just buy in store.

Overcharged and made it difficult to get a refund
I purchased a TV set from JB HiFi and intended to pay with an Amex card until they said there was a surcharge of almost $30. So I said I would pay with a Mastercard that had no surcharge. I later discovered that I had been charged the Amex surcharge even though I used a Mastercard. I rang the store which is about 8 KM from where I live and asked for this to be corrected. They seemed uninterested and said that if a come in they may fix it. I asked why this can't be done on the phone and they were not interested in progressing that. It was a total lack of care for a mistake they had made. I will not shop there again having bought many things in the past.
I expect some service where they have made the mistake.
JB HiFi. No after sales service
I've taken two phones back to JB HiFi as they had intermittent faults. Staff member just said if I can't produce the faults on the spot they won't help me. Very bad service

Should be the first question when you purchase valuable products. I've never been to a shop where customers are being intimidated by this mafia style business with its policy above Australian Law.
They sent my laptop to service after having problems with charger and after 4 weeks when I received it back it was NOT fixed and also damaged.
The repair worksheet was empty of any information and I did not know now what exactly happened.
After having arguments with staff, managers and Lenovo I still don't know because:

I have spent some money with their stores in Indooroopilly and bought an expensive camera - I had to return this as the lens was defective ( communication error between lens and camera ) I guess the fact that the camera was made in Japan and the lens in another , did not help . The telephoto lens is also incompatible with the camera- seems the staff training lacks. My gripe is however with these one minute surveys that you get once they have your email details- chance to win $500. All that happens is,that they market your personal informatio...n to the wider world and you get harassed from call centres in Asia- it has become so bad that I am considering changing my number . This is hurting my business, as all these calls from Asia clog up the phone line. It seems they have a thriving business just selling personal information to third parties- this is a reward for doing a customer survey which probably had no other objective than abusing the customer/vendor relationship. I have no intention to buy anything from these Drongos again.
TV not working it was faulty
Bought a TV it was faulty called service told me its faulty so I returned it and changed the TV for another one the same brand and model and it was different when I turned it on.
Use the Online system with GREAT caution!!
This appears to be an increasingly dishonest company, that hides criticism of its products or service away from the purchasing public because it can. If you have nothing to hide, you should never be afraid to face the music.

Wrong/poor staff advise
I purchased this 65" TV so my son and I could play PS4 split screen together. On the advise of the JB HiFi staff this was the TV for us. They were so wrong... the TV was returned within a couple of hours because the screen disappeared and was replaced with another in stock. This TV is not suitable for PS4 as the lag / refresh rate actually affects the game being played as it cannot keep up. Its now become another TV in the house and not used for its original intent of purchase. Can't refund or exchange as there isn't actually anything wrong with it, just not suitable for gaming.
Lesson here, is don't take the word of a salesperson on the suitability of anything without testing yourself in store!
Chadstone staff arrogant and humiliated me
I went into chadstone store to enquire if I could return or change an I health scale which I had a delivery invoice for with their details on it. Didn't have a purchase invoice because it was an Xmas gift from my boss. The staff accused me of being dodgy for wanting to return a gift which I received for free. This accusation was so loud all other customers nearby tuned in as I was in an open area near the front door. I felt so humiliated I have never had anyone dare to talk down and treat me the way he did. I asked him why I was being dodgy he ...said because it's a free gift which I am returning. I ask you people how many of you get gifts that you don't want and return in Xmas? And is not the ideas that a gift is called a gift because it's free? Never going to jbhifi chadstone ever or any other store
i went in to the store to purchase an item, i waited round for sum assistance and got none! to my amazement 2 staff stood watching on as my 12yr old twins walked the store to find the item i wanted, and rubbernecked the girls as they departed the store, help customers.....your not employed as security!
