I went in store and bought a pair of jeans. Tahlia helped me and she was amazing. I had a baby not long ago and her attitude couldn’t have made me feel any less like a frumpy mum and her recommendations for jeans were spot on. Just wanted to say thank you!

Jean Jail - Hilary Pant wide leg jeans
just received my Hilary Pant jeans, and I LOVE them! So comfy, and stretchy, with a lovely wide leg. The price is on point and i couldn't recommend them enough. True to size as well.
Very happy with the free shipping too, which is very generous.

Amazing service & quality
Literally 24 hours from ordering the 2 dresses to it being delivered to my door. The dresses are of beautiful quality where many comments were made on where I got the dresses from both friends and strangers I passed! Definitely will be buying again. Great service!

Great quality and quick shipping
Ordered two dresses online, both dresses cam quickly, and were good quality!
Only negative, was that the linen dress was incredibly wrinkled, but nothing a quick iron won't fix.

Perfect dress and perfect colour!
Ordered a dress Thursday of last week and it had arrived yesterday. The dress is so comfortable, perfect and true to size and the exact same colour as what was displayed on the photo.
The team from Jean Jail are so quick to get orders out and are very friendly to chat too online!

Arrived in under 24 hours and great shoes
Shoes were packaged so well, they came with a handwritten note telling me to enjoy the shoes, along with a lollypop. I thought this was packaged up so well. The Converse Sneakers were brand new, box in immaculate condition. This all arrived in under 24 hours. Very impressed and would definitely use the company again as a result.

Difficult and no sizes
Ordered a pair of skinny stretch jeans and sized down as Jean jail recommended. The jeans were so tight I returned them to get a credit. Now there seems to be no sizes in most of their stock to buy anything. Disappointing experience with this company.

Website is set out perfectly !! I always have trouble finding jumpers I like but ended up struggling to narrow my shopping bag down from 5 items to 2 to fit my budget which doesn't happen ever cause I am very pickie, I am shocked with how fast my items were delivered and when opening the package...it was so neatly wrapped, a lovely note and a lolly pop !!
