I cannot thank Jean jail enough for the way they handled my sale . I needed to get a refund as l got the wrong size l purchased the right size and sent back the size that was to big which was all done within days and my refund was also done within days exceptional service will be purchasing again PS love my new track set thank you Jean jail

Be careful before buying anything from this store!!!
You can only return for a credit note. They don’t do exchanges for incorrect sizing. Even though exchange is included in the return slip they supply in the bag...Very misleading. They don’t even offer free shipping to repurchase an item that was returned.
Won’t be purchasing from this store again.

Refund Policy is non existant be careful before you buy
Packaging - Perfect , Delivery - perfect, Items - Beautiful no doubt, but if the item doesn't suit you and you wish to return it for a REFUND, not possible a credit or exchange only. "Their policy" which is illegal, they do not refund!!!! How does that happen in this day and age? GREED!!!!

Incredibly easy to find the top I was looking for!! So many options and amazing brands! The top I ordered was here before I knew it, and it came wrapped beautifully!

Love Jean Jail

Best website for on trend wear for the whole family!
I love Jeanjail - so on trend & affordable. I am also addicted to the Jean Jail kids site too- sooo many cute things!!! Super fast post on everything, also once had to return something and got a store credit really quickly, was just so easy.

Saves me from being social!
The site was so easy to navigate.
Amazing range of clothes, shoes, accessories for men, women and children.
They explain the sizing great so i never have to send anything back.
I buy from Jean Jail very frequently and have no plans on stopping.

THE BEST SHOP!!!
I love Jean Jail there clothes are great, the shipping is fast and the quality is also amazing.

Why shop anywhere else
