I ordered from the site - jeans, tights and two tops, the material in the jeans and tights were horrible, ordered size 6 and it hung off me so wanted refund because I was not interested in buying due to the quality of all the garments. Was told they don’t offer refunds just credit and that I would have to pay return postage. I will never shop here again. I used credit to buy shoes so that I couldn’t get ripped of for quality. I had to wait until they came in in my size for a few weeks though before I could.

The jeans ordered looked great online, but in reality the material was not as seen and the sizing was so off. Ordered an AU size 12 and I received what would have been a size 8 but labelled a size 12. Would not purchase again from this website.

I ordered an Item and it was sent to me faulty missing part of the dress. I then emailed them and requested a refund due to the item being faulty. They told me they could sent the missing part however the dress was also the wrong colour. So I said no and requested a refund. They have no said the dress was not faulty just missing parts. To me that is faulty. How hard is it to refund a customer. LOST MY BUSINESS

How about a clothing store where the clothes on the rack look different to when you try them on, and as soon as you did try on an item on, you've instantly bought it and you have to pay ten bucks to put it back on the rack and then your 'refund' is in the form of a credit note so you're locked in to repeat the process!

Purchased a pair of Camila Indigo Stripe Pant. Complete waste of money. Cheaply made, tissue thin material, see through. For $69.95, I wouldn't pay $2.00! What is shown on the various computer sites is nothing but false advertising and a misrepresentation of the actual quality. Disappointed is an understatement. The quality is that bad I'm not even going to bother with the costly / time consuming exchange process; why would I exchange rubbish for more rubbish?

Every order I have received has been perfection! I live in WA and always receive my orders within a couple of days. I know the Jean Jail team is always working hard to have orders hand packed with love and out to their clients. Incredible service and beautiful selection on offer. By far one of my favourite stores xx

Quality of the clothing is AMAZING. Price is reasonable and the sales are exciting. I have ordered a few times through this company and the customer service is excellent. The range is quite extensive and thats all an online shopper wants

I’ve always shopped with Jean Jail when needing a new additions to my wardrobe. The best quality, true to size items - i could spend my whole weeks wage here if I could! Always recommending them - love everything they have.

I received a dress which I believe is faulty. The size tag was ripped off one side which left pulled threads and a small hole on the back which is noticeable. If in store I would not have purchased a faulty item. I was told by customer service that I can pay for the item to be returned for assessment. They may be able to repair or replace item in that case I don’t get refunded my postage. I have to pay extra to get a not faulty item which I thought I ordered in the first place? Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be shopping ...

I placed and order Early in the morning (7.30am) before before operating hours using my Visa card , I wanted to use my zip pay account but as details were stored automatically it by passed the payment area , my mistake ! Once contacting them straight after at 740am via email n live chat requesting my order to be cancelled and refunded , I was told it had already been packed and unable to be cancelled ! The girls where unable to help accommodate my request or even try devise the situation . Poor effort of customer service
