I always have trouble finding jumpers I like but ended up struggling to narrow my shopping bag down from 5 items to 2 to fit my budget which doesn't happen ever cause I am very pickie, I am shocked with how fast my items were delivered and when opening the package...it was so neatly wrapped, a lovely note and a lolly pop !! Honestly best experience I have ever had with online shopping !!! ❤❤

Had never heard of this store. Needed bridesmaids dresses for my daughters (11 & 24 yo) ordered online. Received an email from where house to check if I wanted to proceed with the purchase as there was a pulled thread on the dress, (I did) they took photos and spoke to me on the phone. I noticed a small mishap in pricing on a pair of jeans I wanted to purchase and emailed Molly who was amazing. Purchased a pair of Camila Indigo Stripe Pant. Complete waste of money. Cheaply made, tissue thin material, see through. For $69.95, I wouldn't pay $2.00! What is shown on the various computer sites is nothing but false advertising and a misrepresentation of the actual quality. Disappointed is an understatement. The quality is that bad I'm not even going to bother with the costly / time consuming exchange process; why would I exchange rubbish for more rubbish?

I couldn’t be more impressed with Jean Jail. After sending a DM asking which tank the model uses to layer under several of the gorgeous jumpers and tops, I was sent a reply back immediately with the link to the top. Two days after ordering the tank, it had arrived on my doorstep! It’s the most perfect layering tank, true to size and I am now going to go back and order the same tank in other colours. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and my top. Thanks girls !!
