Had never heard of this store. Needed bridesmaids dresses for my daughters (11 & 24 yo) ordered online. Received an email from where house to check if I wanted to proceed with the purchase as there was a pulled thread on the dress, (I did) they took photos and spoke to me on the phone. Terrific service, dresses looked amazing. My eldest daughter pictured.

Loving my new pair of jeans, was hard to find a pair that fit to what i wanted and these are perfect!! They go with a lot of outfits too !!

After finding this business on instagram from their epic tik toks, I decided to have a look on their site. Amazing variety. I noticed a small mishap in pricing on a pair of jeans I wanted to purchase and emailed Molly who was amazing. She quickly sent me through a personal invoice for my items and overall was a very smooth process. I got my jeans in UNDER 24 HOURS!!! Molly followed up to make sure the jeans fit nicely. Overall amazing customer service and I will be purchasing from them again!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Jean Jail. After sending a DM asking which tank the model uses to layer under several of the gorgeous jumpers and tops, I was sent a reply back immediately with the link to the top. Two days after ordering the tank, it had arrived on my doorstep! It’s the most perfect layering tank, true to size and I am now going to go back and order the same tank in other colours.
