Love my jumper! Postage was fast, Only issue the sizes are not true, I ordered a 12 but it was more like an 8 or so, if your bigger I suggest getting the biggest size

Easy to navigate the store and find what i want. Semi satisfied with range of products, need more natural fibres that are sustainably made. Fairly good quality products, but need more natural fibres, the synthetic clothes are worse quality and also terrible for the environment.

I purchased an item on line which unfortunately was faulty. The Jean Jail customer service team was very responsive in getting back to me to get the issue resolved quickly and provide a number of solutions which I greatly appreciated.

Absolutely love jean jails clothes but the shipping is always so delayed ☹️ 4 days after ordering and the clothes still haven't been sent, beautiful and good quality clothes but they may not arrive in time for your event.

First time ordering through JJ and I was questioning the team regarding the postage of a parcel that was dispatched by the team at JJ Monday but Aus post was saying it was not received by Aus post and the team at JJ went above and beyond to call Aus post and get information on where it was and when id be expecting my parcel as i needed it for an event this weekend! Will post a review once i receive my clothes and i can't thank the team enough for going out of their way to find information and assist me. Thank you again!

Jean Jail have great service, with a new Live Chat detail on the website it meant I could get fast and east answer to my question about postage times.
The clothes I have ordered in the past have arrived quick and been of great quality, I don't thin kthis would be any different.

Express posting is true to its word, always receive clothes the next day after payment. Quality of items are great. A bit harsh with returns policy but hasnt been a problem yet as im confident with my size. So far so good!
