Liteneasy is so much better priced & better quality. The call I had was someone reading a script. Food is frozen & you still have to buy veg, fruit, bread, yoghurt & milk.
Full of crap
The weekly menu cost for Jenny Craig meals (3 meals and 1 snack) is $194 per week. That comes out to $28 per day for one person.
Breaking the food cost down monthly, it would cost $776 per month, just for the prepared Jenny Craig meals/snacks. Remember, this doesn’t include the cost of fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains. If you want to add any more meat to your plan, there’s that extra cost as well.
If you purchase the six-month program, it would cost you around $4,755 for the program for 24 weeks. This includes the membership plus the J...enny Craig prepackaged food for the first half of your membership.This doesn’t include the fresh fruit, vegetables, and dairy that you must include in your diet and assumes that you’ll wean off the Jenny Craig prepared meals after 12 weeks. Jenny Craig you are a waste of money and I could do better than you, it is alot cheaper to buy fresh food and not your processed crud.
Expensive for what you actually get
I did Jenny Craig for not even a week before I thought “what a rip off!” For the money I’m paying can’t they even spring for a proper ready to heat pumpkin soup rather than a sachet cuppa soup. They call that providing a meal when I had to supply my own salad and piece of toast to go with it. I’m not into cooking so I just want it done for me. My consultant said it didn’t have to be complicated, just eat a cucumber. A whole cucumber!!! If I had the discipline and taste buds to just munch on a cucumber I wouldn’t have gotten into this mess in th...e first place!!! I like a few slices of cucumber in a salad but not a whole cucumber!!! I thought that was the most ridiculous suggestion. Lite and Easy is definitely the better, cheaper option and they provide every morsel that goes into your mouth so you don’t have to pay out extra money for fruit, salad, veggies, breads, dairy. It’s all there ready to eat, no preparation necessary. The only thing that I can’t stomach with Lite and Easy is the amount of packaging. It’s a lot of plastic so if you can get past that wastage you should be good to go. I’m only posting this review in hopes that Jenny Craig read it and pick up their game with some of the Sub standard menu items.
Extremely disappointed felt ripped off
I joined Jenny Craig Chatswood with a friend about 2 years ago. My friend knew the lady at Chatswood there at the time and convinced us to join which we both did. I did not feel this person was in my friends best interest however I was their to support my friend to lose a little weight and joined.
Both going from a healthy mediterranean diet to a very expensive highly processed frozen foods and pastries not to mention the high salt.. I was blown away.? We ended up throwing out all the food in the bin.

I consumed Contaminated food and Jenny Craig did not Care!
My entire Journey with Jenny Craig was horrible! Every two weeks all they cared about was taking my money and making sure I put in my food order. Then, to make matters even worse on Monday, November 18, 2019, at 3:00 P.M while I was having my lunch (Chicken Marsala) after taking my second or third bite I bit into something hard! I thought I broke off my back molar! I immediately spit out what I had in my mouth! To my surprise, it was a Rock. I was in shock! after my discovery, I immediately contacted Jenny Craig and made sure I kept the food, p...ackaging, and rock. They put me through a lengthy process of a claim demanding the evidence! I sent in everything they asked for (I made sure I took pictures of everything I sent in) As well as send in the rock inside a ziplock bag so it would not tear through the measly envelope they sent me to send in my claim papers and evidence! The process was so irritating that I decided to do some research to see if anyone else has had a similar experience! I was astonished to discover others have experienced contaminated food and have gone through a difficult claim process some not even receiving a response! In the end, they sent me a letter saying that 1. they received my claim papers but conveniently not the evidence saying and I quote... " it appears to have broken through the packaging that you had mailed it in; therefore, the object could not be identified as to the source or origin." and 2. because I did not sustain any injury they would not refund me for the full amount of the program I had requested in my claim! All they wanted to give me was the cost of that meal! My point is that I don't know how many meals I unknowingly consumed that were contaminated and that could have future consequences to my health and the health of other Jenny Craig members. The lack of empathy or concern is why I would never recommend Jenny Craig to anyone ever!
Jenny Craig is the WORST Customer Service!
Jenny Craig has the worst customer service and does not care about their customers at all! I do not recommend them. They do not care about you just the money they get from you.
All was going ok until I found dirty plastic chunk in my chip packet. Food was contaminated so I called the office I was going to and the said they would contact their quality department etc. I sent them photos and dropped in the contaminated product and all the offered was a free week of food! I dont want to eat potentially contaminated food!
No one checked if I was ok, no one asked how I would like to be compensated and no one from their quality department followed up with me.
As for the program, I was hungry all the time and the food doesnt taste very fresh
Overpriced $195 +/ week + dairy + fruit + veges, disgusting un-nutritional food
I spent $175 (had 10% off) for meals like Macaroni and cheese $11.90. Roast chicken (size of a tenderloin) and veges $11.90. The foods are filled with sugar and very little meat. I was so annoyed when I went to eat my "Malty Grain" breakfast cereal (like Cherrios) 176 calories and had 10.4g sugar. The healthy part was the 75% veges that I bought that went with these so called meals. In my consultation, I felt rushed. I asked what do I do if I have to go out for an event? She said eat before you go. REALLY!!! The next day, I signed up to Weight Watchers.
Ridicules prices for pies in the diet
I found with Jenny Craig there was way too much sugar in their meals. The girl seemed very rushed, quickly grabbing the food out of the freezer, and to put it in the box. Doesnt include all the meal yu have to add fruits dairy products vegtables and is more pies in there $169.Way too much money, compared to other companies. Lite and easy the best food and includes everything you dont have to spend extra!!
Horrible pricing and no snacks
No because most foods had to be cooked and snacks weren’t included it’s quite ridiculous how you can charge such an outrageous amount your food is great but prices are You have stated that the more people that complain about the price and the non included fruit and veg should make your company re think about your pricing or at least add snacks for your high prices how can light and easy cover all this but your company can’t and 22-23 dollars is ridiculous youfoods and other companies sell for 9-12 you really have to make some change you may just end up running out your business
Shocking customer service - at Modbury SA
So rude.... Just rang jenny Craig at Modbury Sth Austral and spoke to a Tanya. I rang a couple of days ago and was put on hold for over 5 minutes , she didnt come back to me so I hung up. Today just rang and asked about pricing as a girl I worked for only paid $135 approx and was able to swap and change meals. So this Tanya said for $170 (and a discount of 10% would apply to this) OR $140 for their CHEAPEST meals and you are not able to swap in fact the menu would be the same week in week out. She was rude, no wonder all the reviews are qui...te negative. Im so disappointed as I deliberated over joining jenny Craig for awhile and finally decided to do so. Cant understand the rude customer service and the inflexibilty in the menu and the lack in trying to help someone out who clearly was interested in this program.
Packed with preservatives
The food is so packed with preservatives that it caused me long term gut damage. Unfortunately I did not realise this until being on the program for months. Yes I lost weight but it was not worth the other health issues that came with eating JC food. There’s so many better weight loss programs out there I would not recommend Jenny Craig from personal experience.
Horrible food and customer service
Jenny Craig in Cheltenham, I called them to reschedule my appointment as I couldn’t make it that morning and I asked if I could make it later the lady replied and said well you should have come at 930 like you scheduled.. she was disgustingly rude, the food is not healthy or fresh to much pasta also .. don’t waste your money on getting food their as the staff are rude and have no customer service skills and also to point one more problem they charge you different every week .. and try to push you to pay them a 200$ fee for life when all I wanted was 6 weeks so I could lose 5 kilos .. so unprofessional do not waste your money!!! Get lite and easy much better food !!

Listen to the ad, she uses terrible English, that hurts the eardrums . I hope she sticks to lip synching if she’s ever on live tv! She says ‘Jinny creg’ & other gibberish

Just contacted your customer service to verify my Lifetime membership I bought for myself and my mother in 2004. He stated, JC stopped selling lifetime memberships in 2002, therefore I could not be a lifetime member. Also stated the computers have since been updated and not everything has been updated and that his “Supervisor” was going by the year I purchased the Lifetime membership, not what was noted, as nothing was noted on my profile. Please explain?
