Changed my look!!
Hey All, I see Dana, in Morley Branch (Perth) trust me she’s one of the best consultants. She has guided me thru out the whole 16 weeks process. Thank you Dana once again.
I must admit, I did feel a little shame walking into Jenny Craig for the first time......My consultant soon put me at ease & was honest and straight to the point.
The program itself has reintroduced me to fresh fruit, vegetables and given me a great routine to stick with that makes you not only feel fantastic but keeps you full throughout the day on great wholesome food!
I was warned of the price, but after I added up my coffees and take away good ol Jenny was considered cheap and you can’t put a price on your own health and well-being right?
Would highly recommend!

The thing that I really like is that I can go to the office and order my meals and take them ,,No drama ..Just i hope u make the price mire affordable
Great programme and delicious food
I’m vegetarian and I think the foods are fantastic. You add fruit vegetables and dairy around it and so you end up eating quite healthy. It’s good quality processed meals that actually freezer and defrost very well. They are kind as well. You’re hungry as hell in the first week of course and I basically don’t stick to the are calorie limits but it’s been a really good programme so far

This program is excellent for me as I required structure in an eating plan and a calorie/portion controlled diet. Food is tasty and I look forward to each meal I have.

Always hit my goal weight
I love the food. no real cooking needed, which is great because i hate cooking. This is the 3rd time over 20yrs that i have been on jenny craig. I have tried other diets and paid lots of $$$$ but never had the same results. The last 2 times i reached my goal no problem. This time around ive been on the program for almost 2 weeks and lost over 2kgs in the 1st week and thats without exercising! I haven't done a second weigh yet but i can feel ive lost more weight.
I am only on week 5 (due to weigh in on Tue) and have had amazing results without any exercise I might add
Week 1 = 1.6kg
Week 2 = 1.8kg
Week 3 = 1kg
Week 4 = 800g (I was on my period)
Total = 5.2kg and 30cm over all
The program fits my lifestyle perfectly, as I alway run out of time to have my breakfast and sort my lunch on the days I work so having those meals already to go for me has made a huge difference all I have to do is chop up a salad to go with my lunch I also chop up extra salad to go with mine and the kids dinner at night
Weight control out of control!
Easy to do, I know exactly what I’m eating and have better eating habits to go forward. I don’t crave sugars or carbs at all now and am never hungry, which was a problem. Great, thank you Jenny Craig
Jenny Craig support and food
The food is very nice, some item are not to my taste.
They are filling with you having to use free foods like salads.
It's very easy, eat when they tell you and what they give you.
It works, that's all that matters to me
Not the cheapest, but the results are worth it (at least for me). Feel supported by consultants and food is pretty good too. Delivery options now given the COVID19 as well.
Easy to follow
Three weeks into the program i am finding it is easy to follow it given my busy lifestyle. The food is well prepared in terms of flavors and portions, helps satisfy most of my cravings. I am positive that I will not be giving up on it like most other diets i have tried.
Easy to use
This is the second time I have been on Jenny Craig. The first time I lost over 20kg in 8 months and looked good and had no problems with the food nor the preparing of vegies and the dairy serve. Then, unfortunately, I became very sick with a twisted bowel and a blockage as well. This was not a result of the Jenny Craig food, it was just one of those things. After major surgery and recovery, I got into a terrible food habit which put the weight back on. I had such great support from my Consultant Sandy even though I was not going to Jenny Craig ...or eating their food. I ended back in hospital 5 weeks later with a bowel blockage so it was obvious I needed to be careful with what I ate. I was very scared to eat much good stuff as I was told that anything with too much fibre, etc could cause me problems. I had to eat everything that was white. White bread, white rice, white pasta, no white cheese, etc. Going through all this my Consultant was still contacting me to see how I was going. Then two weeks ago I got myself i to gear and rang Jenny Craig Ringwood and they welcomed me with open arms. I have gone the vegetarian menu and find it yummy. I love the omelette, vegetarian chilli, vegie round ups, etc. There is a huge variety of food to try and experiment with. They are always changing the menus for each season. Jenny Craig is like any other place that offers different ways to diet. It is all in your hands. Do not expect to lose weight if you cheat and not follow the menu sheet. It is you that has to justify to people why you have not lost weight. It is also you that decides what to eat if you go out for coffee with the girls at a cafe. Change the diet for the day to not eat something that you may have for later on in the day. The food is great. I want to say a big hello and a big thank you to Sandi and Di at Ringwood Jenny Craig who have helped my daughter and myself to be a better person with the food we eat. People say it is full of sugar. It might be but it is also proportioned out so you do not have too much of it and you fill up with your “free food”. It is easy to follow and help is always there. I even now work out every day what I will eat if we are going out and how to change the menu for the day. It is easy. I have lost 3.4 and .8 kg in two weeks so something is working. Also do not diet without exercising. They go hand in hand. You need to do some exercise if you want your numbers to work. Give it a go and you will find it easy and refreshing.
Great weight loss program and wonderful food
I have only recently started my Jenny Craig 8 weeks program. Prior going to Jenny Craig I had tired lots of work outs and diets and haven’t worked and in my first two weeks I have lost 4.4kgs and couldn’t be happier with the result. Have a great consultant helping me and the meal plans are amazing. Would recommend Jenny Craig

Dont find excuses not to do it
I have been on Jenny Craig for 3 days now, I am already 1.5kgs down, I am not hungry, or, thinking about when I can eat next. It is achievable and manageable.
I started Jenny Craig as after having my baby and having developed a thyroid problem, I was stacking the weight on. I was not really concerned about how I looked with my size/weight (although I was 92.2kgs and overweight), but, I was concerned what my unhealthy weight and unhealthy eating habits were doing to my body and I knew I needed help to change my unhealthy relationship with food....Over eating, over indulging and binge eating junk food was not the lifestyle I wanted for me and my new little family. I tried other companies offering similar services as Jenny Craig, but, I was not satisfied and hungry all the time. I decided to give Jenny Craig a go and I am honestly annoyed I didnt do it sooner. I am not hungry throughout the day, I am satisfied and my cravings are non-existant. The food is tastey and convenient. Yes, there is some room for improvement with some of the menu items, as there is with many of these convenience style companies, but, it is still suprisingly satisfying which is what you need from a weight loss program. Every menu item is not going to be to everyones liking. A lot of people have said the food plans are expensive in addition to you having to buy your own fresh fruit/veg/salads. And yes, I also think it is expensive and not everyone can afford to do these types of programs which is a shame, but, I needed help to lose weight and this was the better program for me cost and product wise. I compared the cost of Jenny Craig to when I was on YouFoodz and found a the YouFoodz plans were more expensive in the long run. Plus With Jenny Craig I am actually getting to eat fresh fruits, salads and veg in addition to the food on the program, which I did not get with other programs. A positive about being able to buy your own veg/salads/fruits is that YOU get to pick the fruit/salads/veg YOU like (keeping within the program guidelines) and I like that the meals are not being bulked up with a tonne of carrots, peas, or sweet potato every single meal, which can become tiring very quickly. It allows you to change the meals up each day/week to suit your tastes. Plus their Facebook page and emails offer you inspiration on different ways to serve the meals with different spices, condiments or herbs (keeping in line with the guidelines).

Just contacted your customer service to verify my Lifetime membership I bought for myself and my mother in 2004. He stated, JC stopped selling lifetime memberships in 2002, therefore I could not be a lifetime member. Also stated the computers have since been updated and not everything has been updated and that his “Supervisor” was going by the year I purchased the Lifetime membership, not what was noted, as nothing was noted on my profile. Please explain?
