Blocked me and refused to return my money
I bought an item and email after email they told me it was coming late. I never received a tracking number. They blocked me on facebook thinking the messages would be deleted but I have saved them all as proof. Their items don't exist and I haven't got my money back.
I am still waiting for a tracking number for my order I order 4 set of covers and I have only gotten three. I have waited also three months for my order. This reviewed was made two months ago update in September i was told that i would get a refund back in July i had waited two months still no refund i am very sad and disappointed from the way this company has handled i have started email again i know that someone off the company is reading going to read so may someone reply to my emails thanks i just want my money back

Do not buy from this company!
Months have passed since my purchase. Excuse after excuse as to why there were delays in postage. They then agreed to refund my money but of course that didn’t occur. I’ve contacted the ACCC this morning, they will pursue the matter from here. Do not buy from this company, disgraceful business practice.

Tapestry order taking a lot longer then they said
They told me wait 18 days for a tracking order now they telling me to wait another 12-13 days but that’s makes it a month n in there policy’s they say anything over 30 days they don’t have to refund n etc so I’m very upset with these guys I hope I get a refund... using COVID is a joke because I could of already had stuff from overseas here if I ordered off another site... very sad they are doing this over 64 dollars
Don't order from them
I ordered a cover for $100 in March 2019. Over 12 months later. Countless emails and messages on messenger sent and still not even a tracking number. 5 days ago. Still advised they are processing my order and will send me a tracking number by today. It's literally been 15 months. The worst!
Single Bed Duvet Set Order
I was quite concerned like a lot of you from the reviews that you have written and that I would not receive my order from Jesmine after ordering it on 5 May 2020 and not getting any delivery notifications. Given its a busy time with covid-19 and maybe not so many planes flying/a lot of road transport going on and maybe lots of backorders or people out of work, I sent a message off twice. Both times I had a pleasant reply especially the second one, the first being the standard reply I see many of you got. Having read through a lot of the informa...tion on the Jesmine website and seeing it has a Australian business number and has been in business since 2013 with a really well set out website and being a small business, I felt that how would I feel if I was genuinely having a difficult time and trying to run a business and felt I should be giving them a bit more time. I would like to think they are trying their best and maybe people should give them a bit longer and read more of the information of what their website says and I hope that most people have their items by now. Sometimes its not their fault beyond their control and no I have nothing to do with them just wanted to say - they have really nice things and I was on the verge of cancelling the order (this morning I rang my bank about it asking them how much time I had left to get a refund) and yeah.. lol it arrived this afternoon ( 3 June) :). So it to took one month so that's not too bad given the current situation. Thank you Jesmine. Looks and feels like really nice high quality material (I bought The Watercolour Coon Set with flowers for my daughter and I am sure she will be as happy with it as I am). I was really hoping it would turn up as the merchandise they sell looks really, really impressive on their website. I hope this reply brings a little bit of relief to some people and for those that didn't receive them, well... unfortunately, sometimes things do get taken or lost in the mail.
SCAM stay away
I also order 4 doona covers and spent $380.00.
Sent numerous emails and used messenger and just the same response saying that my package will be postage shortly. I’m never normally so trusting. I’m so disappointed. This is the company in the photo I purchased through. Is it the same Jasmine?
OH NO - will I get my order
Oh no I have been waiting on my order from 3rd April and now I am thinking that I won't get it :-(
I ordered a quilt as it was advertised allergic free as my daughter is having allergy issues and now I feel sick that we won't get it. We paid $125.99. Do I have any hope of getting it?
Original review edited - To all who are waiting on orders, don't give up hope.Three months after ordering and one month of abusive emails to Jesmine, my order finally arrived! Product as described and good quality. I wouldn't recommend Jesmine to anyone, but I will give them credit for honouring my order.

I think we’ve All been scammed. I’ve been harassing these fools for a refund for months and still no item and no refund. I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow and lodging a transaction dispute to try to get my money back.

I have made an order with Jesmane and have tried to make contact several times but no answer have I also been scammed?
I hope not .. They have finally contacted me and say they are sorry but my order is supposedly going to arrive. It's been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I do hope our products eventually arrive as it makes it harder on small businesses who do the right thing. There is a lady who also got scammed who is a lawyer that is collecting information . Good luck !!
