I ordered a doona cover online in Jan 2020. After not receiving the product for several weeks, I sent an email to chase. No response. There was a mobile number (SMS only) on their contact page. I sent a message. I received a response that they couldn't send the product until after 2/5/2020. I asked for a refund and was told I missed the February deadline. I said I was going to complain. I received a message saying that it would be despatched in 3 days and they'd send a tracking number. 3 days later, I text for a tracking number. I told I'd receive a refund in 7-30 days! They have taken the website down now. I've since seen on Facebook a similar story to mine. It's a scam.

I ordered a shower curtain from jesmine.com.au back in Dec 2019 and still have not received the good. I tried to contact them via email and FB numerous times and they totally ignore my messages, till date I still have not yet received any reply from them nor the good. It's an absolute joke!

I ordered a shower curtain on 27/1/20. Thought it a bit odd I couldn't pay by Paypal or credit card but went ahead and stupidly paid $42.39 by bank transfer. Didn't get any communication re shipping so emailed on 2/2/20 asking for shipping update. No response so emailed again a few times and messaged them through Facebook. On 11/2/20 I then read over 70 reviews on Google saying the same as everyone on this site - goods ordered and paid for are never received, they don't respond to contact and are a complete scam. Now I have just found the same complaints on this site. I looked up the ABN and Jesmine is registered to [name removed]. l've submitted a complaint to NSW Consumer Affairs to try and get my money refunded.
I ordered 3 sets total cost $287. Didn’t receive anything no communication no email response nothing, I contacted my bank and the reimbursed me my money, I was lucky, I sent them another emails stating I was contacting aca, bbc and FTC my 3 children picked their sets and where absolutely devastated when they never arrived after we done their rooms up. Stay away from these guys, their are complete scum!

This is most definitely a bogus company and what a massive scam, they must have made hundreds of thousands of $$ I will be reporting to the ACCC and I would advise all others who were ripped off to contact them and get this company investigated.

Expensive parcel over2 mths ago. No parcel. Asked for bank details to give me refund. That was sent over 19 days ago still no refund and no response to 10 emails reporting this to ombudsman fair trading I think this company is a scam. Don’t buy from them. Black ban now

I placed an order in November 19 for 2 x bed sets $189.00
They assured me via email 02/12/19 I would receive the goods by Christmas.
I received a reply to my Christmas eve enquiry at 10.30pm I would not be getting them for Christmas and they knew I would understand.
I requested a refund which they said they would look into.
Now my emails bounce back and they have changed their name on Face Book to "The Jesmine".
I just want my money back!
I ordered 2 items from this pathetic company at the start of the month for Xmas. Its 6 days before Xmas and they still havent posted the items. I emailed them telling them exactly how I feel about the situation. They would have to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Im so angry right now as now I have to go purchase the items from elsewhere so I dont have a couple of sad children as thats what they asked for off Santa.

Ordered 2 x lovely looking shower curtains. They did not have PayPal option and I stupidly sent money to a bank account. After 4 days of not hearing about order, I contacted them to enquire. Was told they had to refund my money and to send money again ! I did not resend then had several emails stating they had definitely refunded my money - which was hogwash. They will be hearing from Obudsman, ScamWatch & AFP

I made an order and paid in full in March 2019... after waiting months I requested a refund and told it be refunded in up to 6 weeks!!! Now you can’t contact this company and I’m over $160 down -
This company is a joke and to say it’s Australian is a joke!!! It’s not Australian to rip off customers and then ignore customer requests...

I think we’ve All been scammed. I’ve been harassing these fools for a refund for months and still no item and no refund. I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow and lodging a transaction dispute to try to get my money back.

I hope not .. They have finally contacted me and say they are sorry but my order is supposedly going to arrive. It's been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I do hope our products eventually arrive as it makes it harder on small businesses who do the right thing. There is a lady who also got scammed who is a lawyer that is collecting information . Good luck !!
