Can’t fault the service at all
The process from start to finish has been fantastic, did not have to follow up on anything and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Panels installed within 2 weeks of paying the deposit and the customer service following the installs has been sound, even helped me with technical things on my other system installed by a different company. Could not fault anything at all.

Have recently installed Solar with their Jims Energy through their agent Muhammad W. Jillani. He was highly recommended by a friend who had installed their solar through this agent. Prices he quoted were very competitive for 6.6 KWH ZNShine panels and 5 KWH Goodwe inverter. Once I signed the contract, he helped me out immediately with the paperwork to be uploaded with Solar Victoria. I got the approval within 5 days. Soon as I was approved, he scheduled installation and got it done the same week. 2 days later the inspector came over for inspect...ion. 2 days after the inspection, he sent through all the paperwork to my energy retailer. Less than a week after that, I am now connected with Ausnet grid. In all, the whole process took less than 3 weeks from the day I signed the contract. During this whole process, Muhammad was very active and kept me informed of each and every step. I would highly recommend Jims Energy and their agent Muhammad W. Jillani if you are in Victoria. I give them 10 out of 10 in all aspects.
Jims energy has installed our solar panels. They quoted for one type of panels and installed the other. Needed to do in January but Did them at end of February. They didn't send the paperwork to the retailer until I forced them for a month.The panels r sitting there with no yield. No money for the powerback into grid yet and it's been 1.5 months. Asked about the app and the franchisee just sent the name of the app. Didn't help with how the app works and I asked him about the data the app was asking and NO RESPONSE. So if u r thinking to insta...ll solar panels make sure u know everything and be prepared to ask them 100 times so they would do something. They r just after money no work. My friend said their installer did the app when they installed solar panels. That's why I asked about the app else I didn't know. She said app shows the generation of power and the amount used and amount put back into grid and the approximate money. I've been asking doubts about setting up the app but since I paid the whole amount his response has been sloppy. They should be proactive and give us the info. How do they expect us to be back of them asking for every single thing. I'm mum of three and constantly busy at this time of COVID19 when children r at home instead of schools and day cares. This is driving me insane taking time to keep on calling and asking constantly. It's mental harassment.
