Jims energy has installed our solar panels. They quoted for one type of panels and installed the other. Needed to do in January but Did them at end of February. They didn't send the paperwork to the retailer until I forced them for a month.The panels r sitting there with no yield. No money for the powerback into grid yet and it's been 1.5 months. Asked about the app and the franchisee just sent the name of the app. Didn't help with how the app works and I asked him about the data the app was asking and NO RESPONSE. So if u r thinking to insta...ll solar panels make sure u know everything and be prepared to ask them 100 times so they would do something. They r just after money no work. My friend said their installer did the app when they installed solar panels. That's why I asked about the app else I didn't know. She said app shows the generation of power and the amount used and amount put back into grid and the approximate money. I've been asking doubts about setting up the app but since I paid the whole amount his response has been sloppy. They should be proactive and give us the info. How do they expect us to be back of them asking for every single thing. I'm mum of three and constantly busy at this time of COVID19 when children r at home instead of schools and day cares. This is driving me insane taking time to keep on calling and asking constantly. It's mental harassment.
