This is a horrible product. Please don’t waste your money and time on this product. It does nothing except damages your hair and when you try to contact their customer service, they are as hopeless as their products.
Purchased in June 2021 at Priceline for $21.
Please do not buy this product !!! what it says it does is not true it has left my hair in a terrible condition and don’t even get me started on the colour it had left my roots. Bought a L’Oréal Natural dark blonde box dye which was a little darker compared to my natural blonde colour and for some reason the dye had turned my roots ginger so when reviewing the best hair colour removers Jobaz hair colour remover was the best one to buy ! SO NOT TRUE !!!! When applying it the product to my hair it instantly turned my roots a brassy Cooper aswell ...
Read moreas my whole head when on the box it clearly states that it removes the permanent hair dye from your hair and restores your natural hair back without any damage as well as it removes darker shade which I said above , lot of crap! I had high hopes for this product to give me back my natural hair colour because of the reviews I read and it left my hair in some state I can’t even describe to you I’ve left a picture of the way it left my hair. I was in tears for hours at the fact my hair was ruined so please take my advise and do not buy this productPurchased in July 2021.
I used this brand on my purple hair and it removed the purple but my hair is now blue/green at the bottom. I don’t know how this happened but it did. I don’t recommend using it

I'm so happy I came across this product. I was in semichem looking for hair dye not knowing this even existed. I've got dark brown hair but have been dying it for years as have lots of greys sneaking in. I dye it about every 6 to 8 weeks. I have psoriasis on my scalp so the medicated shampoo I use tends to duĺlen my colour quite fast. For a long time, the ends of my hair have been dry, rough and make my sleep bob quite bulbous. Little did I know its because of the use of permanent dyes over the years.
So, I read the instructions a couple of t...
Purchased in September 2019 at Semichem for $4.99.
Ive been dying my hair since my teens, using numerous products over the years. I saw this in savers UK, it was the cheapest there and was within my budget. Fast forward after application, looked like it worked (I go bright ginger). After rinsing it went back to dark brown/black! All it's done is made my hair smell and wasted my money. Now got to purchase a more pricey one that actually works!
Purchased in April 2019.

Features:
Realise you made a mistake and want to get back to your normal shade without dishing out on salon prices? There is now an affordable DIY solution.
Permanent hair dyes work by expanding artificial dye molecules in the shaft of your hair so they can’t be washed out. JoBaz’s hair dye remover contains a formula that reverses this process and shrinks them so that they can be washed out.
The maximum strength edition works in 60 minutes and the normal strength product works in 30 minutes. Simply combine the activator (part A) and remover (part B), massage the product into your hair for the required time and then rinse off to remove the hair dye.
What reviewers thought:
Many reviews have claimed that the product worked very well for them, lifting previous dye jobs with ease.
A point of contention among the reviewers was the smell of the product which can be overpowering and unpleasant. Another key issue is that if the rinsing is not done properly and rigorously enough, the dye molecules will not be washed out and will expand again, therefore, putting the dye back in the hair.
