They used to be okay once but now they don't return calls or emails - for us - over 10 days. Supplied us with a faulty networker and said they didn't have a single one in stock at their main office - REALLY??? Such an important part? Serviced our Brivis unit and it kept playing up but they (after us calling and calling) told us to get someone else under Rinnai to look at the issues. THEY carried out the Service though??? Shocking - just terrible attitude. It's freezing up here in upper Blue Mountains and our father recently had a stroke but they don't care whatsoever. Disgraceful people. Good luck with this mob you will need it.
Never use this company
Took a gas heater into Springwood Gas Center (Blue mountains) For a service.
They passed the unit to Jordans who serviced the heater, but when we got it home one of the buttons that had no fault prior to being taken in, was now not working. We emailed them and were told to bring it back.
We did and were not told there would not be any charge since the repairs are under warranty.
Today they billed us for 195 dollars.
Nice little scam, when a device come in for service, create a new fault and then bill the customer to fix it.
Air Cond Still in Warranty showed proof will not return service fee.
I would like to give no star as 1 star is to good. I rang Rennai to have my Air Conditioner fixed they organised a service call with Jordansnsw and the technician came and looked at my unit. I was told by Rennai that I didn't need to provide proof of warranty as the technician would be able to see by looking at serial number. Was strange to me but i said ok?. The technician came. he asked me what was happening I told him. He stuck is finger in the air-conditioned to see if its working??? and went to look at the motor out side. Look at the seria...l plate and said "oh it was made in 2014 its not in Warranty, this unit is no longer made and there are no more parts, even the unit they sell now has problems with getting parts" I said no it is still in the 5 years warranty, I have not had the unit that long. he said I had to pay the service call and quoted on me getting a replacement air Con. $1500. I said to him when i find my receipt of purchase can i get a refund for the service fee. He said yes just call the girls and they will give it back. Well I found the receipt and rang them the next day. I was told I will not be getting a refund as the unit was out of warranty as quoted by the technician even though i have proof it still is. Was asked if the receipt i sent was a installation payment i said no Bing Lee don't install I purchased it from them. I spoke to the most rudest person at Jordansnsw she talked over me and said she will not refund and the girls in the call centre at Rennai know nothing of what they are talking about. I have now rang and spoke to ACCC who has directed me to NSW Fair Trading. I will not stop until have my money back. I feel like I have been scammed.
After a career in Property Management and renovating several homes, I found this Company possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. Were prepared to give up a $15000 job by refusing to give warranty details & not giving promised refund of $300 odd for service call advising new system required. If accepted would refund service cost. No final quote for me after several requests & no refund. I went elsewhere. They now have the audacity to advise me 18mths later that service is due on my old system. That says it all.
Sick of the excuses

For nearly 3 years I have been dealing with a faulty solar hot water system and still no resolution. Several phone calls are met with "leave it with me" and nothing gets done. I am at the point of taking legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rather than replace a non working system, they chose stop gap measures and still the issues have not been resolved. I can only assume they are waiting until the warranty expires.
Worst Customer Service
Worst customer service. Booked a service booking for today. No indication of what time the tech would attend. I called to follow up at 1pm and advised them my father was in hospital and I really need to know a time they will attend, told it would be 3pm but they will call 30 mins before. It’s now 4pm and still no call or tech. I call back to be told that he is held up at another job at won’t be finished for another hour and a half so can they rebook me for tomorrow. Okay fine but what time as I need to be able to organise hospital visit e...at . Oh no we can’t give you any time frames. Ridiculous, my husband is a tradesman and I understand you get held up but a phone call only takes 2 mins. In addition to that an indication of some sort of time they would attend would be useful.
Overcharging, misinformation and non existent customer service
We had a problem with Rinnai Instant Gas water heater. Repair was allocated to [name removed], and was told that it was $225 for call out fee. [name removed] took card details at the time of booking the service. Even though we had informed Rinnai and [name removed] about the error code, the initial technician said he had no knowledge of it and therefore did not have the spare part to complete the repair. The whole exercise took 5 minutes. As the the spare part had to be had to be ordered and technician would have to come out again, he said he ...would only charge for part which was approximately $50.00. Jordan said spare part cost $59.00 and we would be charged again for labour. When I told them what the technician had said, they said fine, we could pay $59.00 for spare part. The technician was "sick" and so another technician was sent, took him 38 minutes to change part and spare part cost was increased from $59 to $85.51 and labour was $80.00. We disputed the charge, so technician mentioned Customer to dispute charges on Invoice. While I am still waiting to clarify the cost, my card has been charged $167.51. Do not book this company for any repair.
Customer service is more than cleaning the heater
Rang to organise a service call on heater. Service centre staff polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Service man arrived and did provide a thorough clean and general service. Sadly his communication skills were in need of improvement. He was abrupt, and discourteous. Failed to introduce himself, and was quite off hand and rude when a minor problem arose. We were not informed when organising the service that the heater would need to be removed from its position and cleaned on his ute. The plug needed to be removed to allow this to occur. Last service the heater was cleaned in situ.
Would have ranked much higher for the quality of the cleaning service provided but for the service staff communication skills that really need improvement.
I would liket to thank Daniel & Dusty for the fantastic job they did installing my new log fire, friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my concerns and did a first class job of the installation

Prior to meting the team at Jordan's my air conditioning system was in shambles. Having spoke to Shamirn on the phone expressing my concern she did not leave a question of mine unanswered.
The team came out and fixed my entire air conditioning system within days!
Forever thankful to the team. They are the ones to thank for the warmth in my house this chilly winter.
