I was after a new fridge in a hurry as mine had broken down. Online was a nightmare as no delivery before August, 3 months away. Lovely lady at JM went out of her way to track one down then arranged for it'd delivery the following day plus removal of old fridge. Now that was service with a smile.1
Every time I go into this store, I am greeted with a smile and asked if I need help. If I don’t need help I am able to look around unhindered.

I was having a problem with a manufacturer over a warranty. This went on for 2 months, so I went back to JM and spoke to Bella who is the managers PA. Within 24hrs the problem was fixed and my stress level went down quite a few notches. Many thanks Bella.

Last wk my mum and I bought a few things each in the triple figure $ range. The man that served us was nice and knocked a bit of each of the items without us asking. However, on Sunday we went back to the store for another expensive item. Only a couple of customers in store but not a staff member in sight.

Read moreson I did find near the tech dept was at a desk on the phone. I did another lap around the store, eventually finding what I was after but no staff still. Took it to the counter where a poor lady had been waiting to be served since I came in. I stood behind her and waited for a while. Eventually someone came to the counter. When I was served I asked if they could do a better price. He straight out said "No, that'll be $XXX". I stated that I know a few people who have walked into store and had $10 knocked off this product. He didn't want to know about it. I guess it depends who you get, and where you shop. Obviously this experience left me a bit disappointed. I didn't bother to ask for information about the product. The staff member seemed in a hurry to get back out the back. As it was a xmas present and no alternative store to purchase from I paid for it and left. I know it was a Sunday and it is the end of the year but if you are going to work in retail you need a team of enthusiastic staff and helpful ones. That was not present on my latest trip.

Bought a computer with from Joyce Mayne only a couple of months ago and it has had issues. Thanks to the store manager for replacing the computer so I could complete an assignment deadline.
I am not an easy customer, I'm quite demanding and hard to please. I was looking for a washing machine and I've experienced the best customer service ever by Dan, the Manager, and his team.
I highly recommend to stop by for a chat if you are looking for something, the guys at Joyce Mayne in Maroochydore are Extremely HELPFUL

I really like shopping at Joyce Mayne South Nowra. I find it an easy shop to find products, and the staff are always helpful. If they don't have what you want in stock they are always happy to order it in for you. And buying online and picking it up from their warehouse is so easy. I recently bought a freezer online and was able to pick it up within a few hours at the warehouse. There are always enough parking spaces as well
