Wish there was a rating lower than 1 star – Miranda and Cronulla. Where do i begin? I have been ordering from this company for 2.5 years and it has been getting progressively worse. On multiple occasions they have changed the delivery date without asking first and ended up leaving them sitting in the sun for hours while i was at work. Countless times i have ended up with off juice, missing or the entirely wrong items all together. They refuse to rectify or admit to any wrong doing and their consistent go to is “thank you for your understansing in this matter"
If I have visited in person and attempted to use some reward points, the young staff at the Miranda store state that they don’t know how to do this or the system is down (for a year straight). It is frequently unmanned or closed for multiple hours a day.
The final straw, being my most recent and last order ever. The juices and smoothies were so very obviously watered down.
Problem but it was solved – I ordered 3 weeks of the 5:2. Literally the first juice I drank had a sticker in it. The customer service got back to be 18 hours later. Although they were very apologetic and fixed it. So, great juices, they are trying their best in tough times.
Poor customer service! – JL refused to offer a refund for an order I cancelled. They insisted that I place the order on hold which I did not want especially after they doubted an allergic reaction I had to one of their products! They have held on to my money for a service/goods I have not received and do not intend on purchasing again from them in the case I have another reaction. Very disappointing!
