Worst Customer Service Ever
Purchased this trampoline for my kids for Christmas back in NOV only to find that the net had a hole in it and a few of the springs where faulty, no extras are supplied so this meant that we had half a trampoline as the mat could not be put on the trampoline! We contacted them and they assured that they would send out the required missing items, after several contacts with them over 3 MONTHS LATER we received the replacement mat meaning my kids still can not use the trampoline as there are missing springs which makes the mat unsafe, I became fr...ustrated from waiting and having an incomplete 700 dollar trampoline in the back yard, i contacted them for a refund! only to receive a rude response by email stating> that We have sent out a brand new net to you, even though the hole which was in it did not look like a stitching flaw or manufacturing defect, rather it looked as though something had been pushed through your net while assembling the trampoline. However as we are a family owned small business we like to keep our customers happy and resolve things for them, particularly at a special time of the year like Christmas. We covered the cost of the new net + shipping and it has been delivered to you. I apologise that your springs did not arrive, however it is definitely on the way. Regarding a refund, we don't refund trampolines once they have been used. If the trampoline was new in the carton, we could do that for you if you returned the boxes to our WA warehouse. The trampoline could not be used so is new! But because we took it out of the box to construct for our kids christmas morning they refuse to refund us and then expect us to ship it back when its faulty we opened it to find half of it broken and missing but yet they still cant at least give us half our money back! Its Feb 06th 2018 I have been dealing with them since December 2017 and its still not resolved! I just wasted 700 dollars on crap! Go to kmart at least they put there customers first!

Worst customer service ever
Trampoline arrived and 4 pieces of the frame were smooshed so that it was impossible to connect. Called company after sending pictures of the pieces and they said they would “express out” pieces that day. Over a week later only half of the replacement pieces were sent. Rang to see where the other pieces were and was told they had no idea “because the guy in charge of replacement pieces has gone on holiday to Bali.” I was told he might get back to me in a week. So there goes the school holidays for the kids who have saved up for two years to buy...a trampoline; not to mention the danger posed by a half constructed trampoline in the backyard with children. So very, very, very disappointed. You would think that if there is only ONE person in charge of shipping, replacement pieces, etc. and that one person goes on holiday, you might try to make sure there is someone at the company who can fill in for them; that is if you claim to be a reputable company.

Poor customer service
I purchased a trampoline in November 2017 as a Xmas present. The transport company delivered an OPENED package over 2 days, leaving the homeowner to drag the 32kg package inside. As one package was opened in transit, we then had to fully open this Xmas present & check the contents before trying to fit back in original packaging. We gave up & assembled the trampoline in November, no surprise for the kids for Xmas. After paying $145 for freight I asked for a $50 refund on delivery costs to compensate for the inconvenience. Jumpstar initially a...dvised they would chase it up with their transport company & let me know. When I asked for the outcome (6 weeks later after hearing nothing further from them) JumpStar advised me it is not their problem if I have I have an issue with their freight company; I should take it up direct with their contractor. I paid Jumpstar for delivery & JumpStar organised the delivery, yet they expect me to contact their contractor to sort. Totally unprofessional. Jumpstar then offered a $50 in store credit (not useful as after buying a new trampoline I shouldn't need to buy anything else from them, or was it a token gesture & they hoping I will forget about it ) then rescinded this offer when I advised that I wasn't impressed & would post a review accordingly. They have been very rude & abrupt accusing me of being a serial whinger. I do enjoy good customer service & usually do not have any problems when purchasing goods. However in this instance I believe their customer service to be severely lacking.

When picking up my trampoline I was rudely confronted by one of the warehouse staff as to why I was still here and why I hadn't left yet. I explained I was waiting for the warehouse staff to get the trampoline out for me so I could load it and leave (as instructed by the office girls). The guy got all agro and basically told me to "get outa here I got a truck to unload and your in my way "
He kindly backed the truck up and blocked me in for 45 mins while he unloaded it (which made me late to pick up family from airport).

The guy that works there is rude!!
Came in this morning and picked up a replacement mat, basketball hoop and some spare springs. Got home and realised I was given the wrong mat by the salesperson, easy human error - neither of us checked before leaving.
After calling up and discussing a replacement I drove up to Cannington again from Rockingham to swap it for the correct size. Was given $20 to cover fuel for the trip, nice gesture. Initally spoke and dealt with Deena who was really helpful.
Second mat came in a correctly marked bag, 88 springs at 140mm long but when I tr...ied to fit mat it was too big? Counted the loops for the springs (twice) and it had 96 loops?! Called up again to discuss ANOTHER replacement (spoke to a bloke this time) was spoken to very rudely (after being hung up on initially) Asked how it could be sorted without me having to make a third hour and half round trip and got told to bring it back for a refund and to 'f@#k off' as he didn't want to deal with me!! Excellent customer service NOT!! Will now spend my last day of R&R making another trip to Cannington.

Lost our order, delivery came on 2 seperate days for 6 boxes, Shocking customer service ( if you get get them on phone or they dont hang up on you ) Didnt want to replace the main box they lost. Tried to blame delivery company but item was not scanned and never picked up !
Quality is a relative term
Initially we were very happy, but the blue mat rotted and fell apart in less than a year, then after 12 months the stitching went pop so we had a local company re-sew it, now the tabs that hold the springs to the mat have rotted in 2 years from new. Miserable customer service when I queried it- 'its only $40 a year to replace the mat mate'. Great Aussie product with great Aussie service...not.

We bought a 14 foot tramp off them when we went to assembly it day of my daughters bday party for her and it had no springs in package after ringing them and them agreeing to refund us for springs which we had to purchase from toyworld so our daughter could have her only birthday present they now ignore all our calls hang up on us as soon as they realise its us if by chance they do answer so now we spent extra 260 on tramp just becuase they would not make it right by refunding us for springs we purchased cause they stuffed up

Customer service is appalling; trampoline suitable for littlies only
A few weeks of energetic bouncing by our 14yo son (65kg) left the springs in a sorry state ... many stretched (frame a bit bent in spots too but nothing major). No problem I thought, it's under warranty, no doubt they will happily replace the springs. Took a few of the worst examples to Kenwick. The owners' response - "I don't believe you!" Insisted it was impossible to stretch springs like that with normal use and acted like I was trying to rip him off! Yeah, like I've got nothing better to do than drive to Kenwick and scam some springs! After...some persuasion he offered to replace 5 springs then finally very begrudgingly gave me 20 -- not enough to replace all the stretched ones. At least that will make it useable for my young daughter to use again. No doubt the springs would handle young kids fine but these trampolines can't handle teenagers. Lots of people here praising the customer service -- of course it's great when they're selling you a trampoline. Just don't expect any service when something goes wrong. Cheap Cheap springs, warranty useless.

Hi I’m looking at the 7x10 jump star rectangle I have a 10 year old daughter who does gymnastics back flips she would like to know if it’s Bouncy enough and big enough to do this.
We just purchased 8x12ft for our teenage son who does ninja & did gymnastics. Only bought the bigger size as he’s 6ft. He said it’s by far the best quality trampoline he’s had comparable to that of those at his gymnastics club. Hope this helps
Hi Michelle, Thanks for your post. Gymnasts do prefer bigger rectangular trampolines when performing tricks as it allows more room for flips and does have a bigger bounce. However, if you don't have the space, a 7x10FT Trampoline will still be suitable and perform well for her gymnastic.

its has been one month of having the 8 by 12 trampoline and it's still squeezing. It's very loud and is starting to annoy neighbours, our daughter is also quite upset as she cant use the trampoline to its full ability and enjoys it without feeling guilty about annoying people. She is disbelief. she has been waiting for this for many years and it's just disappointing to see her saddened towards something she was looking so ford to. Please help us!
We are terribly sorry to hear that you are having issues with sqeaking on the trampoline. All freshly dipped galvanised steel does tend to squeak, however it does subside with time and use of the trampoline.
