JumpFlex Trampoline Flex120
Great trampoline except netting can be hazardous. Fingers can get stuck in the net and with enough force they could possibly break dislocate etc... Otherwise very well made and would buy again if net was corrected.
Purchased in July 2020 for $699.00.
Looking like it will last. Horrible to setup.
We bought the 12ft tramp for Christmas for the kids (5.5 and 2.5), but decided not to install it until we moved, and am grateful for that decision, I couldn't imagine setting up this tramp twice! The legs were hard to attach to the frame, the foam slid down trying to put the covers on. It was just entirely awkward. Also find that fingers can get stuck in the netting.
Definitely a two person job, one of whom needs to be strong and also tall to attach the net at the top.
At the end we find there are parts leftover, which seem to be rubber feet?
Purchased in November 2019 at JumpFlex Trampolines for $799.00.
A tad disappointed with setup complications
I know people have said this is an easy set up for a trampoline and I greatly disagree
For starters the video instructions differ from the booklet and the video ones are easier for the first few steps.
I Could not push down the posts into the silver rods on my own, two of us had to put all our weight on them to get them in. Not possible on my own. Especially when the booklet says to put the black bars together first and then push them in. It would be easier the video way with the shorter posts going in first.
For the elastic over the hoo...ks, it is not really clear but it slides over the hooks. There is no fancy twisting or threading through and hooking, they just slide straight over the hooks, for anyone who has a hard time interpreting the booklet and cant quite see on the video. Next the springs needed super strength to pull far enough across to reach the other side, which the trampoline we owned before was not quite so hard and so, again, I could not do this part without help.
Purchased in November 2019 at JumpFlex Trampolines for $700.00.

Jumpflex need to use different courier company
We ordered the trampoline and it was shipped quickly from jumpflex, we had read reviews that stated they were great trampolines but that they needed to change from TOLL couriers. Jumpflex please listen to your customers we are lucky we got ours at all!! It was originally supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and wasnt so we called TOLL and they stated they weren't sure why it hasnt been delivered and will have to investigate.
I arrived home this afternoon with my daughter (the trampoline is for her Christmas) and it had been left out the front...
Purchased in October 2019 at JumpFlex Trampolines for $699.00.
I have had one of your tramps for a few years now but I have found I am constantly having to pull down the the net over the poles.
The velcro straps are all starting to get brittle and break off.
Have you changed the design to stop this from happening.
Great trampoline but beware with water attachment
We’ve had our trampoline set up since 1st December, in that time the basketball hoop rubbed against the net and caused the net to start fraying, however jumpflex customer service was amazing and replaced both net and hoop straight away.
The outside mat has started to fade in sections already - maybe because we don’t have any shade in our backyard ?
But what I want to stress the most is the water attachment!! Trampoline becomes very slippery, and my 6 year old daughter dislocated her hip on the first use, doctors at the emergency room said...it’s a very silly idea The trampoline has massive weight limit and it’s very bouncy, much better then other brands. Price was pretty good compared to other brands, looks great - love the green and black - just not sure how long it will last - time will tell!
Hi, just an update on my jumpflex trampoline .... 9 months on ....still have not seen the sun shade cover as promised, even after 2 calls made to them. Also the matt that covers the springs is fading. The jumpflex writing has come off. Very disappointing.

Good with some design flaws
The tramp was well packaged and the setup instructions easy to follow. We found that around 1/4 of the tubes had left over welds or metal beads in them which required filing away with a round file in order for us to fit first the legs, and then the net supports to their base. For the price I didn't expect that low level of quality control. The safety net came complete with a small hole! Which we had to sew shut with some black twine.
Once up, the family loves the tramp, which has good bounce and is nice and safe.
Now that we have had it u...p and running for a few weeks a few design problems have come up. First is that the pads around the safety net poles always slide up and off the poles, no matter how tightly the velcro straps are done up. This is an obvious design flaw as the straps have nothing to purchase on apart from a smooth metal pole, so will always slide. We have purchased some black cloth tape, and will try running that around the bottom of the pole covering to see if it will stop the sliding up. Disappointing really. I'm surprised this has not been rectified by jumpflex. Another issue, that may exist in other tramps is that once its rained, the safety mats retain a lot of water which they like to drip back onto the tramp mat, meaning either you have to have a towel in the tramp, or get a wet butt/feet. Seems like the bottom of the safety mats need far better drainage. Overall, its a nice tramp to jump on and the kids love it, but its not the design masterpiece the jumpflex manufacturers make it out to be. A few simple design alterations and a little more attention to quality control in manufacture would let me review it higher.
Questions & Answers
Hi team, we had a gust of wind pick up our tramp and it smashed against fence and trees causing frame to snap, we are currently trying to claim on insurance and only have the box tramp came in no model number or anything to prove what it is, is there a model number tag on tramp itself I can send a photo of thanks.

We just put up our Jumpflex yesterday and it’s great! We do have two silver clips left over and can’t figure out what they’re for. They are not listed in the manual either...Any ideas?
