Good quality and good bounce but the net design dangerous.
We’ve had our trampoline since Christmas. It was fairly easy to set up and seems to be good quality. It still looks brand new after 7 months. Unfortunately we’ve found the safety to be really dangerous. It’s got quite large holes in the mesh, around 3/4cm big. Easily big enough for fingers to fit through and get caught. We’ve had a lot of instances of the little buttons on the back of girls dresses getting caught which is really annoying to untangle and pulls the dress tight around their neck. We also have had 2 kids now get their earrings caught and ripped out of their ear making them bleed. It’s a shame this is such a design flaw. It would be an excellent 5 star trampoline otherwise.

We bought the jumplfex for Christmas 2020. It looks great and my three boys love it. Unfortunately the holes on the netting are too big. My 7 year had his front teeth get caught in the net and were almost ripped out. He lost one the next day and the 2nd is not far off from falling out. I would love another net with smaller holes.

JumpFlex Trampoline Flex120
Great trampoline except netting can be hazardous. Fingers can get stuck in the net and with enough force they could possibly break dislocate etc... Otherwise very well made and would buy again if net was corrected.

bent like spaghetti
purchased 1 month ago 4/2020
for granddaughter 14 yrs old.
her and her mother went to move it to mow, and the frame bent like spaghetti. Granddaughter is 14 no more than 3 girls have been on it.
If it were made of steel as advertised it could not have bent as it did.
we have owned at least 4 walmart $150.00 tramolines and moved everyone of them ea week for yard work. have never had an issue with frames. They have all just rotted due to our hot summers. Its been a week and still no reply from co.

Don’t buy from this company
Can’t get a hold of anyone and they do not respond to emails. FEDEX lost my shipment and I can’t do anything about it cause I can’t get anyone to call me back or email. Nothing like wasting 900 bucks. Go to SAMS CLUB you’ll do better

I got a tracking number but it is not correct. I cannot get a hold of the company via phone or email.
Phone hangs up.. emails not replied to.. wrong tracking number. Please provide a communication option for me it would be nice to be able to track when my delivery is coming.
Looking like it will last. Horrible to setup.
We bought the 12ft tramp for Christmas for the kids (5.5 and 2.5), but decided not to install it until we moved, and am grateful for that decision, I couldn't imagine setting up this tramp twice! The legs were hard to attach to the frame, the foam slid down trying to put the covers on. It was just entirely awkward. Also find that fingers can get stuck in the netting.
Definitely a two person job, one of whom needs to be strong and also tall to attach the net at the top.
At the end we find there are parts leftover, which seem to be rubber feet?

Missing Delivery (Only sent me Half of a Trampoline) 4 year old Daughter didn't get a Christmas present this year!!
I ordered the 10ft Jumpflex Trampoline at 2pm on the 11/12/19.
On the 24/12/19 only 1 of 2 boxes was delivered!
So my 4 year old daughter received NO CHRISTMAS PRESENT from me this year!
I rang up Toll couriers to find out where the missing box was. Was transferred to an overseas call center who refused to answer any of my question and would stay dead silent hoping i would hang up. I requested their names and a reference no. of the phone call to make a complaint in regards to their behavior of which they refused to give anything to identify t...

A tad disappointed with setup complications
I know people have said this is an easy set up for a trampoline and I greatly disagree
For starters the video instructions differ from the booklet and the video ones are easier for the first few steps.
I Could not push down the posts into the silver rods on my own, two of us had to put all our weight on them to get them in. Not possible on my own. Especially when the booklet says to put the black bars together first and then push them in. It would be easier the video way with the shorter posts going in first.
For the elastic over the hoo...ks, it is not really clear but it slides over the hooks. There is no fancy twisting or threading through and hooking, they just slide straight over the hooks, for anyone who has a hard time interpreting the booklet and cant quite see on the video. Next the springs needed super strength to pull far enough across to reach the other side, which the trampoline we owned before was not quite so hard and so, again, I could not do this part without help.

Jumpflex need to use different courier company
We ordered the trampoline and it was shipped quickly from jumpflex, we had read reviews that stated they were great trampolines but that they needed to change from TOLL couriers. Jumpflex please listen to your customers we are lucky we got ours at all!! It was originally supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and wasnt so we called TOLL and they stated they weren't sure why it hasnt been delivered and will have to investigate.
I arrived home this afternoon with my daughter (the trampoline is for her Christmas) and it had been left out the front...

I have had one of your tramps for a few years now but I have found I am constantly having to pull down the the net over the poles.
The velcro straps are all starting to get brittle and break off.
Have you changed the design to stop this from happening.
After lots of research I am so happy I got my boys the Jumpflex Trampoline. Was very easy to build and I managed to complete it on my own in around 4 hours. The instruction video was very helpful and I’d recommend it to everyone before you start building as it goes into more detail than the instruction manual (especially when it comes to putting the net on). It is of exceptional quality and can tell it is going to last. It has a fantastic bounce and can handle several kids at once. The safety net design is brilliant and definitely makes Jumpflex stand out from the rest. We look forward to enjoying our Jumpflex for many years to come and feel confident it’s going to go the distance with daily use.
Great trampoline but beware with water attachment
We’ve had our trampoline set up since 1st December, in that time the basketball hoop rubbed against the net and caused the net to start fraying, however jumpflex customer service was amazing and replaced both net and hoop straight away.
The outside mat has started to fade in sections already - maybe because we don’t have any shade in our backyard ?
But what I want to stress the most is the water attachment!! Trampoline becomes very slippery, and my 6 year old daughter dislocated her hip on the first use, doctors at the emergency room said...it’s a very silly idea The trampoline has massive weight limit and it’s very bouncy, much better then other brands. Price was pretty good compared to other brands, looks great - love the green and black - just not sure how long it will last - time will tell!
Hi, just an update on my jumpflex trampoline .... 9 months on ....still have not seen the sun shade cover as promised, even after 2 calls made to them. Also the matt that covers the springs is fading. The jumpflex writing has come off. Very disappointing.

Hiya is there much difference between the Fresh 100 10ft and the current flex 10ft tramps?
Hello Leah, unfortunately, we don't stock the Fresh models anymore.
We just put up our Jumpflex yesterday and it’s great! We do have two silver clips left over and can’t figure out what they’re for. They are not listed in the manual either...Any ideas?
Thank you for your question!
These are just spare parts. Just in case the button clips that are pre-inserted come loose you have spares.
