Advertise products they do not have in stock
These people advertise sunglasses they don't have in stock. They take and process your order, and take your money and then send an email saying oh sorry we don't have what you ordered so you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks!
This is false and misleading advertising and businesses like this should not be allowed to operate in Australia. ASIC should close them down.
Just another scammy online store. Don't trust them!

What I purchased is not what was sent. Different frame colors.
I purchased the "Carve Vivian Tort/Brown Gradient Lenses" The frames have colors of green and blue, yellow and brown. What was sent has no green, no blue, and no yellow.
I have contacted Just Sunnies about this to get a full refund, and lodged a case with PayPal to get a full refund.
The sunnies I ordered has gone out of stock. But they sent an email informing that and advised me of when the'd receive the new stocks and also offered express post. I got it as they promised.

Holy Crap, this for real?
Well for one a delivery of goods in today's day and age seem so easy to achieve, right? The biggest names out there are not able to do this - Just Sunnies did it. It was that easy and that reliable that I was like - they are leading the forefront of logistics. It restores faith of ordering online again!
I received my sunnies in excellent condition, I guess few smudge marks were during packaging and transportation stage. Never the less I cleaned it with the cloth provided by yours truly, Versace - thank you very much and they were back to it...'s original condition, brand new and scratch less! I was eyeing the pair since almost about a year ago, then bam 20% Easter sale and I got them. I called the Just Sunnies customer service line, prompt answer by a lovely and delightful customer rep, I called at least 4-5 times in space of 30 mins. Each time she was happy to oblige and help with my query, she even promised that she will personally see to my delivery carried out on the day because I leave for overseas holiday Easter Friday and wanted these for my trip. I got confirmation of the processed order with link to my postage - next day Australia post texted for delivery by signature only and picked it up. You guys should hold you head up high for the customer experience provided - I gave 4 star because there is always room for improvement and your continuous effort to strive for excellence will keep you up there for a very long time :)

Inventory doesn't match what's advertised online
I recently tried to order some sunnies however, received call saying product wasn't in stock. I was asked to order another style, when I did this I was then called again and told this also wasn't in stock. Clearly they're advertising product which isn't available just to get your cash. I'm now waiting for a refund and my Xmas present surprise is gone. Don't use these guys!
Can't believe I will buy from them!!
I have bought a pair of Kusbj on web stated $249 but member price $211 and as soon as I checked out I found that I have put in the wrong voucher code. Instead of paying $180. I paid $201. I email customer care immediately and they get back to me with 'No! we won't change the price ones you have put in your order!' It is a pending transaction by credit card of cos you can change the price.!! I said to them I won't buy from them again and they hold on to my order not ship for 2 days ( in their policy ones you put ur order before 5pm they will shi...p product on the same day! ) until I email them and asked why. Then they started to give excuses and ship.! But the most hilarious is yet to come! I received a pair of Kusbi with their tagged original price of only $189 from Kusbi. I am furious! I paid $201 with included $10 off still can't beat the original price !?! And don't forget the original on just sunnies is $249! I read only two positive feedback and dipped myself into a unprofessional and ripped off experience! Should have listen to my gut feelings!
