This wine was offered as an alternative as you did not have the wine l wanted.
The wine offered was Arundel Shiraz 2016 and l usually like Barossa, Clair Valley or Margaret River or NZ wines. Very disappointed.

I have been with Just wines for several orders and have been happy with the quality of the wine supplied. The time it takes for a delivery to my country location has been excellent and the latest batch of wine has been very enjoyable

Well the first order i had no complaints, couldn't recommend the wine or the service, without a fault.
So impressed i reorder the same wine, 17 days ago at i'm still waiting, my first order right in the middle of covid19 epidemic was quicker. Still waiting.

Two cases not delivered

Two cases ordered in April not received other than that the wine is very good and usually I receive cases within 2 weeks. All wine so far is Australian which is good for the economy

Delivery delays

I ordered a case on 17th April and still have not received the case.
On 17th April I received an email that the order had been shipped.
I received a further email on 25th April to say wine was in transit and even today 7th May it still shows as wine in transit.
The promotion stated that the wine would be despatched quickly. This is not the type of delivery time that is acceptable and while I realise it is your contractor they should be held more accountable

Was cold called. Was talked into joining the club which was no problem as I would receive two complimentary bottles of wine which never arrived. Very, very slow to reply.

received a bottle of wine as a Christmas present and we enjoyed it. Can't buy it locally so went on line and found it on just wines. This was 1 month ago and we are on our third order. Just Wines process our orders promptly and the couriers are quick in delivery. Regular emails keep us in touch with our order. Can't ask for more than that. James Walsh rockhampton

Tracking my delivery - no response on phone; inconsistent feedback on webchat

Currently waiting for my order. Understanding there are delays, I spoke with customer service last week to get indication of delivery time. After assurance that the wine would be dispatched quickly, it was dispatched 2.5 working days later, their courier Fastway's tracking service is down, when I ring customer service there's no reply. When I ask the team on webchat, first person didn't respond, second person said 24-48 hours after dispatch then should be by end of week. Then it should be Soon. Very inconsistent information provided. Lots of confusion behind the scenes. Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.

Bad service

Had received a message that it was sent and kept an eye on it. No delivery after almost a month. Had to chase them up for a
Refund and they said they were out of stock. No contact from them saying they were out of
Stock or offering a refund and when I tracked item it
Was marked “delivered” sounded like a scam.

I paid for wine in February for delivery in April still waiting also ordered wine three weeks ago still not delivered. VIP club which I am a member of but the last three deliveries have not included the free bottle I realise these are difficult times just disappointed with Just Wines as I have been a customer for years

I paid for my wine and they did not deliver. The communication is non existent. They keep telling me I received my wine. But I have proof it went elsewhere. I am going to the police with my proof. They are are scam. Bad news, do not deal with these people.

Wines are ordinary at best. You'd be better off raiding the discount bin at Dan Murphy's. I'm scared to open another bottle as it's very ordinary wine. It would be good to gift out to people you don't like.

First of all John, please accept my most sincere apologies for the delayed response on this request.

I have checked your order details and can see that 1 case out of the 2 you ordered has been delivered, however, the second case was returned to us by the couriers, as they were not able to effect delivery.

The tracking information of this second case shows that it was reshipped yesterday and should arrive to you no later than Monday.

Once again I truly am so sorry for the inconvenience you might have faced due to this delivery issue.
