Very disappointed with this wine , sharp and not worth the money. Should have returned the box but decided to try another 2 bottles which also went down the sink. Not recommend , not what your sales person described!

I have ordered wines from here for a number of years- some good, some went down the drain.
If they keep calling aggressively I will delete them.

Was looking for a particular vintage and justwines were showing availability.
Like many online retailers they noted that vintage may vary so I chatted online with an agent (I did not use my name/email as I don’t want to be contacted after the interaction).
The agent confirmed availability of the vintage with the warehouse so I placed the order (within a minute of chatting to the agent). I also noted in the order that I was seeking that vintage specifically.

Just Wines = Just Problems
My experience with Just Wines is close to terrible. There were problems from the beginning till the end. First of all, the website is full of bugs. I was trying to subscribe for a monthly delivery (Trophy Club), but it was simply not possible. I was redirected to an error page after selecting any mix. After checking with online support, I was advised to wait till the next day. I decided to order a box of wines instead. I was able to add that one to basket, but had problems with payment instead. Paypal didn’t go through – I only got an error mes...sage. I tried to pay by card and got another error message. Tried another card and got a different error message. I checked with support again to find that actually the second payment went through. Happy with the purchase I waited for the wines. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally got a delivery notification. But the wines were not delivered! I contacted support again and the support agent (Andrew Collins) explained that my wines were delivered. Not the best response when I’m saying it didn’t happen, right? So I raised a case with the delivery company (Fastway Couriers – the worst delivery service in the entire universe) only to find after 2 weeks or communication that my wines were delivered to a different address. The wine boxes were standing outside for many days (not the best for wine, right?). And in the meantime Andrew from Just Wines support kept chasing me to confirm if I was able to locate the wines. What was he doing? I never had similar problems with Naked Wines and will order from them next time.
Worst experience ever had.
I ordered 12 bottles of wine on 31 Aug, and I’ve got an email confirmed that my order was shipped on 4 Sep. But I still didn’t receive my order yet, even the tracking details of the order wasn’t updated since 3 weeks ago.
If I could give zero stars I would..still wAiting for wine after 3 weeks
Ordered wine on 31 August still not received..completely failed. I want a refund. Wine has been in transit for weeks..and stored in hot bad conditions
Two weeks and no delivery! Requested PayPal refund.
Order two weeks ago and no delivery. Several emails and positive communication from customer service but no resolution. Requested a Paypal refund and received no reply. No excuses when I am also in Sydney. Escalated case on Paypal.
Received incorrect order
I ordered 1 dozen bottles of Margaret River whites only to receive 1 dozen reds which we don't drink. Also, my order was dispatched to the wrong address and I had to communicate with Australia Post to ensure they delivered to correct address. My order number is #4943696
Great drinking now during lockdown, a wonderful colour, it's going very well in our house hold, would recommend this wine.
When you order a carton listed on the web site, you expect to receive the wines that are listed. I was very disappointed to receive my order only to find that 2 of the listed winds (4 bottles) had been replaced with wines that I had had before. Nothing wrong with these wines but they were not what I had ordered. I contacted Just Wines and spoke to a consultant who started with an apology but then went into Sales mode. While he at first offered me a voucher for credit off my next order he than started to try and sell me "Membership" or a deal w...here I would be paying an upfront amount for discount wines. I told him I would think about it and he said he would ring me back...still waiting for that call and surprise no credit on my account...not even a email to apologize. I am disappointed and to be honest it would have to be a really great offer for me to buy through this company again

The red wine is a good interesting selection for the price. The case of wine came in a reasonable time.

I recently placed an order through your company for a mixed case of 21 red and white wines. Upon receiving the wines I noticed that only a single box of 10 red wines had arrived and as the box was marked 1 of 1 realised that your company must have sent the wrong wine. I have sent countless messages on ebay with no response and as such decided to email support through your website. I was replied to finally by one of the customer service reps and was notifies that i would be updated shortly on the issue. It has since been 5 days and I am yet to hear a response and have this issue rectified. I am quickly losing patience as this wine was meant for a party which has long since happened. Due to the issue I have had to purchase wine from another source costing me even more time and money and I now have a large box of red wine sitting in limbo. I hope by reaching out through this review that my issue can finally be rectified as it has taken far too much of my time as is.

First of all John, please accept my most sincere apologies for the delayed response on this request.
I have checked your order details and can see that 1 case out of the 2 you ordered has been delivered, however, the second case was returned to us by the couriers, as they were not able to effect delivery.
The tracking information of this second case shows that it was reshipped yesterday and should arrive to you no later than Monday.
