Not what was ordered
I ordered the 2017 buckshot Heathcote shiraz, by phone. I specifically ordered by phone, to ensure the 2017 vintage. I was sent the 2019 vintage. I rang up and was advised by the person on the phone it was the same product, just a different label!
Do not believe the person understands wine. Very disappointing response.
I had ordered it for my husband’s birthday. If they didn’t have the correct vintage they should have advised this when I ordered, and I would have sourced it elsewhere.

Excellent wine given price point
It is a reasonable wine given the price point. It is quite quaffable. The customer service was excellent. It arrived in particularly timely fashion. It was an easy ordering process. I have used this organisation in the past and will continue to do so.

Just poor service overall, assured availability and there was none in stock. no contact on their behalf and i had to do all the chasing up. Wasted my time and now will have to go and scramble buy wine as this was meant for the Easter break.

Still Unreliable Fulfillment!
I was persuaded to try them a second time after the company reached out to me to change my previous (one-star) review with a $25 off discount voucher. Unfortunately, they proved to be unreliable again. The company promotes fast 2-3 day fulfillment on their website for Brisbane, but after placing my order on 4 Mar. 21, I did not receive the delivered order until 18 Mar., i.e., two weeks later. Disappointingly, tracking shows that most of the (unexplained) delay was within Just Wines as it took only a few days (16-18 Mar) for Australian Post to deliver it to my home address. I won’t be using them again when there are so many other online wine retailers that are more reliable and more customer focused.
Good value for money
I probably wouldn't have chosen this wine normally but I was interested to try something from a region that I didn't know too well. The flavour was a little unusual initially, but I grew to enjoy it as I worked through the case I purchased. It was good value for money and worth the risk.
First bottle went down the sink the second soon followed.
Gave two bottles to golfing friends and I'm surprised that they made golf the next day.
Sorry but I have never tasted anything like this. Maybe it's my taste buds.
However I do thank Just Wines for offering a 50% discount on my purchase. Much appreciated.
The 8 bottles left were given free of charge to a nearby gym, as of yet I have had no reports.

A full bodied dark bulls blood dry wine, with a touch of sweetness. I am not going into "the middle palet, chocolate, burnt coffee, herbs etc" crap. I reordered.
Love the De Bortoli Vermouth Russo, and consume quite a lot of it..
No complaints about the delivery, was disappointed to find some of the casks lids were open, and had to reseal down with tape.
Opened my first bottle one word Terrible! Very bitter not what I was expecting. Sorry guys but must return this one .
Great value for money.
I class myself as a wine drinker and not an expert or connoisseur. Having said that, this a a very drinkable wine that is fantastic value for money.
great quaffing wines - can easily have a nice economical wine with the evening meal on a daily basis
good value easy drinking reds - my friends enjoy them as well.
i keep these wines on hand for visitors or take them with me to when dining with friends or going to local byo restaurants.
Has their site been hacked and personal information stolen?
I am receiving very aggressive ‘sales’ phone calls from people purporting to be from justwines.com.au. I checked with https://www.reverseaustralia.com/ on the phone number 0280110566 they rang from and there seems to be a lot of similar complaints. Just wines took my first complaint about the calls but I kept getting calls. Even altering the details of my account hasn’t stopped the calls. (I can’t delete it). I am wondering if an old data base was stolen from them a rather than this being a new business practice. 0280110566 has been blocked...but if my old details have been stolen I should have been told. I can’t deal with them again in case this is now the way they want to sell wine. The wines I have got over the years have been good for the price but I won’t recommend them now because of the calls.
Good for party
Only open three bottles so far! Feel they are easy to drink, very fruity, and good for party. Good bargain!

This company got it wrong on an order, advertising a vintage they no longer had, when I specifically made it clear which vintage I wanted, they still sent the wrong product. Lots of Blah Blah Blah later they convinced me to take a dozen bottles as recompense. This I must say was a fine gesture, even though they wouldn't let me pick the wines. So I say give them a chance but be very specific as they may send you the wrong vintage, leaving the selection to a 3rd party downstream. This I know can happen online; but it shouldn't. It took them some time to correct the product on their website, but it is done now.
Review of a Review
Earlier this year I wrote a scathing review of Just Wines. At the time of writing I had a disappointing response from a completely different supplier and was somewhat vexed with that dealer, and at the time it was a matter of wrong time, wrong provider. Indeed I responded in relation to a different group under different circumstances. Over the short time since I wrote this review I have revisited my appraisal and withdraw entirely, and apologise to Just Wines. I would, however, confirm my statement that Just Wines provide a good product at a good price - that is beyond question. In closing I state unequivocally that I have not been coerced, intimidated or pressured to submit this further evaluation.
Not the best
My husband and I enjoyed the two bottles of Shiraz and cab sav..but the rest of the selection actually gave me a sore stomach after first glass. The wine tasted old and not like other merlots. I don't think I would purchase any more wine any more. The best thing about this selection was the price if $59 for 10 bottles.
Do not give them any of your money!
Absolutely terrible. My partner and I ordered 24 bottles of wine through Just Wines via a groupon deal back in November, with plenty of time for arrival before Christmas. 2 tracking numbers were provided (2 parcels for 2 cases of wine), but only 1 was recognised by the courier. When I rang the courier he said he could see the package needed collecting but Just Wines needed to call and confirm the pick up before it would be collected. This was a week after ordering, and into December. I rang Just Wines who told me there was an error in their war...ehouse but the wine would get to me by Christmas. This happened (though it didn't for friends of mine that also ordered, their wine didn't arrive until after xmas despite ordering in November) but the wine was pretty terrible. The wine was advertised as premium Margaret River wines. We ordered 1 red case and 1 white. The advert listed the whites as mostly Savignon Blanc which is why we ordered it, and the red listed mostly Shiraz which again is why we ordered. What we received was the most basic mix of semillon and a couple of savignon blanc, for the red we had a mix of merlot, cabernet merlot, and cab sav. The wines were mostly from NSW, not Margaret River as advertised. We opened many of the bottles, had one glass, and poured the wine away. It was cheap table plonk that you wouldn't pay $5 for! We still have 7 bottles left that we are ready to throw out because they aren't even worthy of cooking with. Nathan Cooper from Just Wines rang me on 10th February to try and sell me more wine, but I explained the experience we had and the quality of the wine. Nathan looked at our order and said the wine we had received was what he called 'BBQ wines' and not premium at all. He said he would try to arrange compensation, went to speak to his manager, and upon returning to the phone call he told me he could do us a one off exclusive offer on a premium wine that would only cost us $240 instead of $600. I explained repeatedly that I wasn't confident in giving Just Wines any more of my money without having a good experience. Nathan said he could arrange collection of the remaining 7 bottles of wine for a refund, but he would contact his customer service team for them to provide a full refund for all 24 bottles via Groupon because they have a 100% refund guarantee policy and we did not receive what was advertised. Nathan Cooper advised that Customer Services at Just Wines would call me within 24hrs to arrange the refund. It has been 12 days and I am yet to receive a phone call from anyone at Just Wines. Awful service from every department!!!!
