Support at Just Wines
I had the unfortunate problem of trying to buy Barefoot Rose which was still on the website showing for sale, I tried to buy a box of the Rose wine for my wife's birthday as she loved it so much, but after paying for the wine and waiting for the delivery (1 day) I received a phone call to tell me the wine was no longer being made, I was so disappointed, the salesperson was so good, very polite and apologetic they refunded me all funds that I paid within 24 hours,
This made me more confident in dealing with Just Wines in the future, there support is 100%,

Poor response to a problem
I purchased Premium Red Wines Showcase. Some wines really good , some just okay then opened Arundel Farm Estate Shiraz 2016. There was a popping sound. It stunk and was undrinkable as was 2nd bottle of same. Can't get a satisfactory response from Just Wines. What do I do with the undrinkable wines that can't even be used for cooking.

I ordered 3 boxes of wine and got billed for 6.... then the drama of getting the 3 box's I wanted and getting a refund on the 3 that were not requested was horrific

Are you saying that you intended to place only one order, as both these orders were processed in a span of 10 mins and a voucher was used on both order, which can only be applied manually. Would Never Use Again
I placed an order for 6 of one wine and 6 of another. I was advised I may have to wait a week or so for one lot. I received the first lot, no problems, but after 3 weeks I contacted them to ask about the 2nd lot and was advised it was out of stock. Were they ever going to let me know this? I said I would order another lot of the first 6 and it has been hell ever since. It took so long to come that I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. This was agreed. Once the refund if processed it takes up to 3-5 business days (as mentioned on our website) for the refunded monies to appear in your account, please do let us know if you have still not received the refund. My colleagues who were working on this issue, got it investigated, they also ensured to inform you, that there was a temporary bug in the tracking system, due to which you were receiving email notifications for this order, this issue has been fixed and we are sure you would not have to face this trouble ever again in future. Absolutely delicious great price

Unfortunately, your wines were stolen/misplaced after our couriers delivered them and as per the terms and conditions of such deliveries (ATL delivery, which are mentioned on our website), if your wines go missing after they have been delivered as per your instructions, we are unable to help, as we and our couriers followed your instructions for the delivery. Read more We can certainly understand your frustration, however, we sent you the proof of delivery, which indicated that the wines were delivered as per your instructions. There were two picture, one was the GPS scan that indicates that the driver was outside your house and the other was the actual picture of the wines at your front door. Unfortunately, if an order has been delivered as per the customers instructions of ATL, and then it goes missing from the premises, in such cases we are unable to do much, as we have to follow the T&Cs mentioned on our website. Failure to deliver Twice
I have been waiting a month for my last order ! This is due to you not having to complete address on the delivery form (you left out the street name) even thought its clearly on the order form ! I have chased this up twice now and it still hasn't been dispatched ?? disappointment with a ++

Had an issue with two bottles of moscatto in a members white pack. Previously this had been resolved with a simple call and replacement sent and my preference recorded. Happened again and I went on chat line. After 15 minutes of discussion I was emailed a proforma reply telling me to send the case back and Just Wines would send a replacement. All I wanted was two bottles replaced. Rang up twice and got an answering machine saying they would call back. No call back. Tried again 2 hours later and got a person but no resolution except send c...

Read more Ian, Our refund or replacement policy details that we will gladly refund or replace the amount of full bottles sent back to us, plus one opened one - for example, if you have 11 bottles of the one case that are untouched, plus one bottle of which you have opened and tried, then we will organize a refund or replacement for a full case of 12 wines once those bottles are returned! Previously we were able to offer replacements for 1-2 bottles as well, as a goodwill gesture to our customers, however, we experienced lot of issues with these replacements, as these 1-2 bottles were prone to damage and loss in transit. Due to which we are advised against replacing 1-2 bottles. Ian, if you could share your order number here, we will be more than happy to contact you and address you concerns. Excellent Shiraz
We have found the Barefoot Shiraz to be a perfect "easy drinking" red, based on the fact I'm not a great red wine lover but my husband is, so this one suits us both just right, at a great price too.
December 8th 2019 Update: Cannot fault the service
The only time I had a wine we weren't keen on, I was able to return it, no questions asked and were immediately refunded. Another time I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but still they allowed me to return it, and both times the process was so easy.

No action taken on order error
Order place 19/04/19. Order arrived 3 weeks later. Mixed box was incorrect. Have requested replacements for bottles but still no action taken. Just excuses, hollow apology and more delays. Dont waste your time, your order will have some problem.

Steer clear and be very careful giving your credit card details
I bought $1,600 of wines in a few months, but the last 6 bottles were clearly off. When I advised them, I experienced an extraordinary exchange, & no way would they honor the guarantee they say they give. They then offered a one third refund, IF I returned & paid. I refused, they raised the offer, but still subject to me wearing the expense. Again I refused. They offered half & I refused. Then they said they "accidentally" refunded me DOUBLE the money, and were going to take the lot from my credit card. Trouble is they DID NOT refund anything, not the double, not the price, not a half & not a third. Be VERY careful, VERY careful, there is no 100% guarantee, & use Paypal, do not give them your credit card details.
