Unable to fulfil order
Between the time of ordering/ paying for an order and dispatch, I was advised that wine advertised was not available. Sales consultant said that there sometimes was a disconnect between sales dept and warehouse. This has to be remedied. I was offered a 2016 Kirrihill C/S from the catalogue which I accepted and which arrived by another delivery company 'Fastway" and not by Australia Post as offered. This caused problems at my end. By the way the 2016 Kirrihill C/S is excellent. Generally, product is good/excellent but inhouse backend is unprofessional and needs reviewing.

The wine is lacking in depth, but is more than acceptable as a good quaffing wine for a BBQ or with a roast beef or lamb on these cold nights in July.

Ordered my wine more than a week ago and heard nothing since. Emailed and all I received was a boilerplate response i.e. "we will get back to you in 24/48 hours...." . So I called 1300xxx during business hours and all I got was an answering machine asking me to leave a message. Went to the 'Live Chat' channel and finally someone told me that the order is still unshipped and he will get the dispatch to send as a priority. Will wait and see what happens next as I'll believe it when I see some notification or tracking details in my Inbox. Need to lift their game as my order is >$200 and leaving customers 'hanging' and having to chase current status is simply not good enough.
It was a stronger taste than what I am used to for a Shiraz but still quite good especially considering the price

Aged Semillon under cork
Aged Semillon under cork, 12 years old will always have bottle variation, the darker colored ones (green tea) I use for cooking ,great for acidity and complexity in soups and stews etc., the lighter colored examples are drinking very well, particularly with flavorsome foods, garlic prawns, sag gost, middle eastern stews etc. but only for those who appreciate aged Semillons and affordable wines.

There were no issues with the delivery - good job.
This is an average Shiraz. It is sourced from SEA so has that flavour expedition. It demonstrates typical variety tastes.
Great value and a few good wines in there however some poor quality wines too, left me a little disappointed
Very light red, lovely color, easy to drink but without any distinctive nose or aftertaste.
Probably over the hill given its 10 yrs old.

Still Unreliable Fulfillment!
I was persuaded to try them a second time after the company reached out to me to change my previous (one-star) review with a $25 off discount voucher. Unfortunately, they proved to be unreliable again. The company promotes fast 2-3 day fulfillment on their website for Brisbane, but after placing my order on 4 Mar. 21, I did not receive the delivered order until 18 Mar., i.e., two weeks later. Disappointingly, tracking shows that most of the (unexplained) delay was within Just Wines as it took only a few days (16-18 Mar) for Australian Post to deliver it to my home address. I won’t be using them again when there are so many other online wine retailers that are more reliable and more customer focused.
Not the best
My husband and I enjoyed the two bottles of Shiraz and cab sav..but the rest of the selection actually gave me a sore stomach after first glass. The wine tasted old and not like other merlots. I don't think I would purchase any more wine any more. The best thing about this selection was the price if $59 for 10 bottles.

I recently placed an order through your company for a mixed case of 21 red and white wines. Upon receiving the wines I noticed that only a single box of 10 red wines had arrived and as the box was marked 1 of 1 realised that your company must have sent the wrong wine. I have sent countless messages on ebay with no response and as such decided to email support through your website. I was replied to finally by one of the customer service reps and was notifies that i would be updated shortly on the issue. It has since been 5 days and I am yet to hear a response and have this issue rectified. I am quickly losing patience as this wine was meant for a party which has long since happened. Due to the issue I have had to purchase wine from another source costing me even more time and money and I now have a large box of red wine sitting in limbo. I hope by reaching out through this review that my issue can finally be rectified as it has taken far too much of my time as is.

I have checked your order details and can see that 1 case out of the 2 you ordered has been delivered, however, the second case was returned to us by the couriers, as they were not able to effect delivery.
The tracking information of this second case shows that it was reshipped yesterday and should arrive to you no later than Monday.
Once again I truly am so sorry for the inconvenience you might have faced due to this delivery issue.
