Great warranty support
Our vinyl wrap kitchen started to change color approximately 9 years after installation but was otherwise in as new condition. I called Kaboodle about the problem and they acknowledged the problem and confirmed that they would replace the entire kitchen and pay for the re-installation. They provided a catalog of all the new colors and kitchen finishes that I could choose from and asked me to get 3 quotes for the install. I now have a new kitchen and it looks great! Thanks Kaboodle for the great support!
Looks great NOW but we've had our problems.
There are too many faults to go into - dicky hingers, laminate lifting at bench top joints etc. However the Kaboodle service guy was excellent to deal with and all is now fixed at their expense. Bunnings were hopeless and hand balled the problem very quickly to Kaboodle.
The cost saving was worth the disruption but take care!
Run away as far as you can from Kaboodle Kitchens its still not refunded/fixed.
Ordered our Kitchen in January 8k kitchen and 5k installation also other trades with Plumbing and Electrical about 4k we were in the hole for approximately 17k we also had spent another 12k on appliances so roughly a 30k experience for us.
We got it installed in March by Bunnings Kitchen recommended Installer, and we found thirty faults in our thermo formed doors and panels after Installation.
We were filthy by this stage and got Bunnings and Kaboodle involved in a rectification plan and it was agreed after a lot of toing and throwing that we...would give them another chance to fix it. We were assured by Kaboodle that all the new panels and doors would be quality checked and assured us that the product would be perfect. The troubles started after we started to ask when they expected to arrive and when they would arrange for the Bunnings recommended Installer to fit it.
I had 2 drawers going yellow after 5 years, and was not sure whether a couple of others looked a bit yellowish so I got in contact with Kaboodle Kitchen, and they were fantastic, I sent them a photo of my kitchen and they replaced all of my facing of the cupboards and drawers, we could not complain about their service and communication.
Gloss white colour went off colour over time
Very disappointing that half the cabinet doors and draw turned a creamy colour from the gloss white that was originally brought. Kaboodle will not do anything abaout it. Very disappointing outcome.
so regret that I bought their kitchen
not trustworthy, my kitchen is still new but the corner cabinet door fell off and broken, kaboodle said it is my fault, Bunnings said the colour is discontinued and they can't help. It is not fair, now I am selling the house, I really don't know what to do. so regret that I bought their kitchen.
I am a builder that has installed many kaboodle kitchens. I have found them to be of good quality, well built and easy to fit We had a warranty issue with door colour fade. This was attended to promptly and to our satisfaction. Quite often we will use other benchtops.
Exemplary Customer Service
I bought a set of doors that were a special oder - Alpine in Provincial White. Upon hanging the fiest door and removing the plastic covering, I found that it was Gloss White, not Provincial White. I contacted Bunnings and sent through photos and the next thing I knew (within 48 hours) I received an email from Kaboodle asking for my delivery address. No questions asked and customer service to the max. As a business advisor, his is what I look for in a business, and Kaboodle absolutely delivered. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Amazing Customer Service!
Very late review, however I purchased my Kaboodle kitchen from Bunnings about 8 years ago, over the years the cabinets started turning yellow and was very disappointed as I thought they would have lasted alot longer.
After making a trip to my local Bunnings I was contemplating purchasing new cabinet doors however it would of been a very costly fix and not knowing whether the cabinet doors would last. A lady at Bunnings suggest I contact Kaboodle about the problem, I had no receipts only for the 6 pane glass panel doors I had to order.
After ...contacting Kaboodle, I was asked to take photographs of the doors and the proof of purchase recipt. With a very quick response from Kaboodle they were happy to replace all cabinet doors. I would like to say Thankyou Kaboodle for your amazing customer service, I had limited receipts and you still were happy to replace the cabinet doors at no cost. Also the peace of mind knowing that the problem of the doors yellowing has now been fixed. I would definatly recommend Kaboodle to anyone, with the ease of installation and fantastic customer service.
Warranty Claim easy and straight forward.
We had installed a white kitchen prior to 2010 but over time random panels had turned cream. Contacted customer support giving the dates of purchase and although just out of warranty period Kaboodle agreed to replace all the panels. Once approved the replacement panels were in the local Bunnings within 14 days of the approval notification.
15L Door Mount Swing Bin
Purchased a 15L Door mount swing bin. One of the clips which snapped. I've contacted Kaboodle to claim warranty. Kaboodle was prompt and sent me a replacement bin. Excellent Service from their warranty team(Stefano).
Outstanding customer service .
I recently had a few minor problems with my Kaboodle Kitchen (corner door hinges and a cupboard door need replacing ). The folks at Kaboodle replaced both for me (even posted them to me ) all they required was the receipts for the purchase of the items . This is outstanding customer service considering I purchased the kitchen nearly 5 years ago (even a statutory warranty is only good for 4 years ).
Absolutely outstanding customer service .
Our Kaboodle kitchen was installed almost 6 years ago. The only problem we have experienced was discolouration of the 2 drawer panels. It progressively became worse and contacted Kaboodle to outline the problem. Kaboodle undertook a review and determined that it was a fault and arranged a full replacement under warranty. We are extremely pleased by the prompt action taken to firstly review, confirm and then arrange delivery of the replacement. Highly recommend Kaboodle, particularly with as it comes with as 10-year guarantee.
Kaboodle Worked well
Needed a couple of cupboards installed. Heavy ! But great now everything is up and running. DONT get the cupboard insert for the pantry..good quality but was expensive.....and waste of money. Everything else was fine.

Hi, I have just had a new Kaboodle kitchen installed and have a number of 600mm 2 Drawer Base Cabinet installed. Can you please advise how much weight each draw can hold?
Does any one experienced this .
My bench top is a flat laminate and was replaced a few years ago from gloss as it had faults and stains inside the laminate so They replaced it, I wanted same colour but flat not gloss.
Meanwhile 2 to 3 years later it now always looks dirty like a smudgy ,greasy look and it does not matter how much I clean it with soapy water it just does not go away.
I have contacted Kaboodle waiting for answer, also draw and cupboard does not close properly.
The bench top is a worry, we have no kidds and are so careful.

How do I remove sliders from drawers. Need to remove draws. Cheers
Slide the drawer out as far is it can go and look for a small black lever located on either side of the drawer slide. Pushing this lever down (and up on opposite side) will disengage the slide and allow you to slide the drawer out.
