Complete and utter disgusting behavior
Crap company, crap customer service crap attempt to correct their mistake.
Ordered a washing machine with a 3-5 day delivery service. Received a call from the online manager vouching this. The 5th day came i called for an ETA and was advised it wasnt even in the warehouse yet. When i asked the little snot on the phone when he think it may be delivered all he could say was "we never deliver the same day it gets in". That doesnt help me smart butt.
I then had another employee call me and say it would be friday - 10 days after i made the i...nitial purpose. Not happy at all after that and i let know i wanted a refund which she assured wouldn't be a problem however her manager would need to sort. The manager made no attempt to contact me i had to ring back myself. He informed me i would not be getting a refund as they could still deliver to me. After back and forth arguing from not only my self but the manager who was intially the one who gave me the 3-5 day window i told him i would come into store face to face to sort it out as he felt hanging up on me - the customer - was of correct procedure and n how to deal with this. He said i agreed to terms and conditions of a 7-10 day delivery, which in actual fact on the kambos website is if you live outside in regional wa, NOT an acceptable delivery window when i have already PAID for 3-5 day service. After being totally upset by how i was delt with i got my partner to call and what do you know "on this one occasion" i will be receiving a refund.
Great customer service
I recently purchsed new kitchen appliances including a Westinghouse dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop and rangehood.
Unfortunately, when I installed the rangehood (curved glasstop), I found it to he extremely noisy and I wasnt happy. After explaining the situation to the Manager, ,Jarrod, he agreed to exchange it. I did this and received another Westinghouse rangehood which I was alot happier with.
Kambos advertised $99 installation for new airconditioner but neglect to mention costs may be more if not back to back installation. They came to install and quoted an additional $705.00 on top of the $99 already paid
I was quoted cheaper unit price from Good Guys but went with Kambos because of the cheaper advertised installation costs.
False advertising and very misleading
We purchased a Samsung Microwave which was faulty it took 4weeks to repair the fault after bringing the microwave home in two months it developed internal rust, after returning the microwave once again it was sent to Samsung one month later we received a phone call to say that it couldn't be fixed and to go back to the Joondalup store where we would receive a cash refund, we left the store with no refund and were told that they would look into it. I would never do business with Kambos Joondalup again. BUYER BEWARE.
worst customer service - Canning Vale
Called the store looking for a replacement white 60cm cooktop. They said they only had one that size and that they would bring it up from a closed store and they would call us when it's on. Did not happen. Eventually we did receive the cooktop, but when we went to install it it was too small for the hole, and the box stated that the cooktop was 60cm, but inside in the manual it stated it was 58cm?. As we required a cooktop quite urgently and Kambos said they only had the one in that size, we bought one from another retailer. We then went b...ack to the store to return it as it was not suitable, the assistant manager advised us that we could not return it as there was nothing wrong with the one we bought and that the goods were not faulty??? We argued that they sold us an item that did not fit and this was verified on the packaging and the manual. We were then directed to the store manager, who said the same thing and that we should have come back to his store to give them a chance to solve the problem...bearing in mind they only had one cooktop??. He said because we did not do this he would only give a us a store credit...like we would ever walk on that shop again!! Very aggressive and extremely rude..never come across anything like it before. The ladies on the counter are absolutely lovely though and she remember our specific needs and sympathised with us.
Treat this company with extreme .caution
We purchased a microwave oven from Kambos in Joondalup W.A. late last year. We have now started to get phone calls from an eastern states number offering to insure our white goods. The caller stated that she knew we had bought the item from this company and even knew my wife's given name. Obviously, Kambos are on-selling customers personal details to "telemarketers".
We won't be dealing with these people again.

Fast and easy transaction with their online store. Excellent communication and speedy response whenever you need to call or email which is the reason I purchase from Kambos again and again. I especially like that they offer free shipping, even to Tas.
The pro appliances juicepro I purchased arrived intact and in good condition. After a month of using it, there has been absolutely no issues, working well and is just a great value cold press juicer all in all. Contrary to the other reviews on Product Review, I recommend it.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout the purchase and even when I had to call back for an issue with the appliance they were again helpful and directed me to the proper service.
I called to make a purchase over the phone, even though I could of done it online I preferred to do it over the phone, the salesman was very helpful even with follow up questions the next day, he took his time so I could be sure everything was correct and would run smoothly, nothing was too much effort.
The delivery driver was fantastic! I had a difficult delivery scenario (up 3 levels of stairs, it was a tight squeeze). He was very professional and even when it got difficult they just kept working their way through it to get the fridge inside...
Waiting time for order is too long
Purchased a Mitsubishi fridge 16Nov and hasn't arrived yet with a promise from staff it's going to be delivered in 10 days. It's been 20 days and I've been the one ringing the store, not the staff following up with me for the late delivery. This kind of service is just unacceptable. Don't confirm dates with costumers if you cannot assure the stock is arriving in-store within dates you have confirmed for delivery.

Bought a Teco air conditioner, split system, 2.55 kw, Its a real bottler in cooling down our 24 sq metre, exstension

Worst Customer service
I bought shark Rocket HV300NZ vacuum cleaner from Kambo's Canning Vale store. After few months it was not functioning well and I brought the unit to the store. They checked it in the store and told me that problem is with the filter. They asked me to clan the filer with worm water. I did it but the result was same as early. Then again I brought it to Canning Vale store. Then they checked it again and accepted that there was a problem. Store person told me they will further check on Monday and contact me. Nobody contacted me. Again I went to the...store on Thursday. Then they said, this Vacuum Cleaner is On product recall List. It will take around 3 weeks to repair. I am Totally disappointed. I found this product recall advertised on 10/04/2015. I bought this unit on December/2015.
