Don't be fooled - this is a cheap fan
There is little difference to this $120 fan and a $50 generic fan you'll find at Bunnings. I have purchased and put together nearly a dozen fans over the years and the only difference with this one is the finish. All the fittings, screws, knobs, clips, blades - everything is identical to your much cheaper fan - it is the heavier base and the nice gunmetal finish that is the difference - definitely not worth a ~$70 premium. Read moretually incorrectly designed! My wife and I spent an hour trying to fix it - so we ended up 'locking it' in the one place. Very poor. It is a little rattly too on the highest speed. It is quite a powerful fan however and will do any sized lounge room (overkill for a bedroom) and has a wide reaching oscillation range. Overall I'm very disappointed. This is a $60-70 fan being sold at $110-130 because it has a nicer finish. A Kia or Hyundai with a Rolls Royce paint job.Purchased in for $120.
