Can you add liquids without taking the lid off?

Hi Naomi, yes you can, the processing bowl lid has a food chute with food pusher that can be removed to add liquids to the bowl without removing the lid. Thanks, the Kambrook team.

Can it chop vegetables/fruit like raw carrots, apples and celery - like a food processor does?

Can it whip cream?

Hi Ned - yes, the KSB400 can be used to whip cream using the stick mixer motor body with the stainless steel blending shaft.

After washing the unit there is now water trapped in the lid. It was only wiped over? How do I get it out?? Thank you :)

Hi Kris - try shaking the lid to remove as much water as possible, then leave the product sitting (in a vertical position) in a well-ventilated area for a couple of days.
It should be fine to use a damp cloth (not drenched) to clean the processing bowl lid. When wiping over, ensure no water makes its way inside.
