Hi Naomi, yes you can, the processing bowl lid has a food chute with food pusher that can be removed to add liquids to the bowl without removing the lid. Thanks, the Kambrook team.

I have just recently bought a KSB 100 it takes forever to whip cream and virtually stalls when blending a batter mixture. Is this normal or is there problem with the particular stick blender that I have?

kris10asked
After washing the unit there is now water trapped in the lid. It was only wiped over? How do I get it out?? Thank you :)
1 answer
OfficialKambrook
Hi Kris - try shaking the lid to remove as much water as possible, then leave the product sitting (in a vertical position) in a well-ventilated area for a couple of days.
It should be fine to use a damp cloth (not drenched) to clean the processing bowl lid. When wiping over, ensure no water makes its way inside.
Hope this helps! For further product assistance with this product, please contact the Kambrook customer care team on 1300 139 798 during business hours or e-mail askus@kambrook.com.au.
