    Absolute waste of space

    published

Absolutely useless machine. Beaters don't reach edge of bowl; bowl doesn't spin: no power. First machine, the speed control failed after 3 weeks. Had it replaced. Second machine simply stopped working after less than 2 weeks. Tried to make a Pavlova but could not get the egg whites to beat successfully. Ended up going back to my little hand beater! Entire machine feels cheap and plastic-y. Would really NOT recommend it to anyone!

    Very disappointed in it

It is very noisy and you have to stop the machine, lift it up and then scrape the side down continually as the beater does not reach the side of the bowl, very time consuming.

    Do not buy.

This mixer looks great and is nice and quiet. Problem is it doesn't mix. It simply pushes the ingredients to the outside of the bowl and the mixers then spin in air. The only way to get it to mix at all is to stand over it with a spatula, scraping the sides which the instruction manual says you should not do. The stainless steel bowl is poor quality and became scratched and rusty after only one use with a normal handheld mixer (which I did because I couldn't get the stand mixer to mix.)
    nice looking, quiet, good price.
    doesn't actually mix.
