Not for the lazy or the get fit overnight dreamers. Some people expect to get the world for a few bucks. After years of research, self-education, personal trainers and so-called nutritionists, I finally found a program that looks at my personal situation, actually cares for me as an individual. Great support in the Facebook group. An abundance of information. Yet the most useful part of this great program is how simple they make it. I get my meal plan, shopping list and exercise routine for next week every Wed morning. As a very busy business o...wner, I appreciate anything that saves me time. Once I got a few weeks into this program I decided to invest in their Success Coach program. Wow, I have achieved so much more with these guys. A truly authentic, experienced and very helpful group of men. Oh yeah, and I have actually cured my Psoriasis with this program. 35 years and no Doc, specialists or creams ever had the same effect. Leanest I've been since high school
Being in lockdown and no access to gym's has been really hard on me. I created bad habits which was having a negative impact on my health (not getting outside, not moving, eating when bored, over eating, eating wrong foods - the list goes on). I was feeling very low on energy, confidence and was looking like it in the mirror too.
I decided enough was enough so I joined KTF for the 22 weeks and fully commit. The 22 weeks was key because I've tried things before and stopped doing them after a week or two and then go to back to old habits.
I ju...st finished the 22 weeks and I'm proud to say I'm the leanest I've been since high school! The support, knowledge, workouts, nutrition they provided was paramount in achieving this. I'm very grateful for their program and proud of myself for sticking with it for the distance. Big thanks to KTF!
Got to my fitness target
One of my biggest issues was being muscular - big arms and legs - but could never get below 10% body fat so that my abs were visible. Always been an issue for me.
Spoke to Kaos over the phone about what I wanted to achieve and how to get there and, despite initial resistance from me about thinking I knew better, I went ahead and did the work.
My sister's wedding is at the beginning of next year so that was one of my biggest motivators but combining that motivation with Kaos' expertise, I achieved my single digit BMI target.

My goals were different to most guys looking for help from KTF. I was already in pretty good shape and experienced in the gym. I wanted to improve my overall strength and power as well as gain a few Kg's of lean muscle. I have just completed 23 weeks on the program which has seen my 1RM bench increase 15kg, 1RM deadlift increase by 25kg and my 1RM squat increase 10kg. My overall body strength has improved greatly under KTF. Kayne has been awesome. His gym programs have been tough but full of variety and his feedback outstanding. In terms of weight gained I started at just over 93kg and today was 94 but my body measurements have all gained except (importantly) my stomach! leaner but bigger... Can't ask more than that!
Love the results I got and would recommend for guys wanting to get in shape.
I completed the full program and was rapt with my results! I managed to drop body fat and improve my strength and size. I found the meals were quite easy, especially when I was food prepping. They were tasty and the best thing was I was able to eat 5 times a day :) The workouts were tough, but I really enjoyed the variety. Thanks heaps to the Kaos Team!
Completely transformed my body
Went through the entire 22-week program. There were times when I felt like I wanted to skip a few meals according to the set-out diet plan (saying no to the chicken parma wasn't easy!) but, the great thing about this program is the high level of accountability that is imposed upon you. They will have you take pictures of your meals to make sure you're on track so there is no way to skip that healthy meal. I've tried other programs in the past where you're left on your own vices which weren't sustainable for me. I must say that this is highly recommended if you are serious about making a positive change, not just to your body, but your mind also. I have 10x the energy as a result also.

Couldn't recommend this more. Friendly and supportive staff, easy for beginners and great for the more experienced people out there. Kayne always makes sure each training session is different and fun and makes sure that if you can't do a work out because of injury a suitable replacement workout is in place. So much easier with a simple food plan to follow than trying to guess what to eat.
