Purchase of KASA Electric Digital 3-Wheel Golf Buggy With Remote Trolley 18 Holes Power Caddy #132547792643
I purchased a KASA Electric Digital 3-Wheel Golf Buggy With Remote Power Caddy #132547792643 through EBay on 14/02/2021. Within three months the trolley stopped working. Despite repeated calls and emails KASA has not responded. When I last contacted them they told me to contact EBay. The Buggy has a one year warranty. I would like to have it repaired or replaced ASAP.
Waste of time and money
Ordered the XL dog pen. I need a refund as they said they don’t deliver dog pens, even though the online order said they do.
Cannot get anyone from the company to get return my emails or phone calls, so I even lodged a dispute via their own website. Still no one bothers to help or refund my money back. Not happy!
Product arrived damaged. No response from Kasa...
Ordered a pizza oven. It arrived promptly but parts of it were damaged. I started a dispute on Kasa's dispute resolution system but received no response. Still waiting weeks later...

Company only too happy to sell products, when issues arise they do not want to know.
Golf Buggy, 3 issues originally purchased through catch of the day. [all within 6months of purchasing]
issue 1. on/off button broke, had to purchase a full handle to fix it.
2. Tyres wore out approx. 60 rounds on a sand belt course - $70 to replace plus postage [old buggy MGI had for 20years STILL has original tyres]
3. Battery failed - will not last 18 holes.

Kasa coffee machine
Fully automatic with 12 month warranty. Started having problems after 8 months with the milk feeder. Tried contacting the seller. Cut a long story short, company was uncontactable by email or telephone. Never responded to my emails. Whilst it worked, it was good. Stay away from Kasa machines especially if bought from the internet and not a physical store. Bought a kmart special for 80 bucks to replace it. Perfect, simple and works.
Do NOT waste your time and money with this company
Purchased garage door openers which arrived, both faulty, so returned them
Kasa never acknowledged signed for receipt, any emails or phone calls.
In the end obtained a refund by complaint to my credit card company.
Worst company- buyer beware
The outdoor bench I bought was damaged and had holes rescrewed and screws that didn't even line up. Broken bits too. I approached them,with photos, not even asking for a full refund due you the costs involved in returning even though legally they are responsible for the damaged goods being sent back. I asked them to discount the item..9 emails later I'm still waiting for a response. Don't waste your time or money!

I bought their flagship Kasa fully automated coffee machine. Arrived and from the word go it hasn't worked. Little or no coffee dispensed, seems blocked in the brewing or faulty pump. I immediately rang them, an outsourced call centre answered and said would pass on message. No response, called 5 times over a week and left messages on their site, not even an email response. Only through 3rd party receptionists and ignored messages. Very bad business practice and customer relations. Phoned and told them I wanted my money back, no response still waiting. Took my money in 30 seconds, sent me a rubbish product. Now waiting and ignored by them. Take my good advice, do not but from them.

I bought a office chair which has 3 year warranty, it has now become faulty after a couple months. They won't return phone calls or email

faulty shade cloth more like a net. full of holes and runs. does not return calls. i wish i had found this site before buying. meant to be 90% uv contractor says it is 30% uv at best. am lodging a complaint. paid a contractor to install so wants me pay for someone to uninstall and pay for return. then will need to pay again to install different shade cloth and buy new shade cloth. cost is $650 already. DO NOT BUY from KASA FACTORY
faulty products and you have to pay for return postage,
brought a trap via catch the clip is broken and trap door will not stay open now i have to pay the return postage from Sydney to Victoria its a large item so it isn't going to be cheap, all so they can test it to see if its broken i sent photos. and what if they reckon its fine i have to pay for postage to get it back all for a $50 trap.
catch should not be dealing with this company the should read all the complaints about them.
terrible service research how your buying fro first like i should of, but because they are with catch i thought they would be fine, well not the case.

This outfit is run by an old-fashioned, fly-by-night con artist. He uses every trick in the book - will not return calls for faulty goods, will avoid even being present if you try to return goods in person, changes his advertising to hide the faulty items he has sold, and uses every inch of latitude allowed under the law. Don't rely on Amazon guarantees either. He will try to force you to pay to return goods via a courier service. You will never get any service or a refund unless you take him to court or VCAT. Consumer Affairs is useless - will not do anything.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I think if I left my yoghurt to culture on the counter it would grow into a better company than this, and I would prefer to buy it. Sells faulty products, bullies customers who try and complain about faulty products, especially those who English isn't their first language. DONT buy from these people.
Bought $150 worth of solar lights, some never worked at all others for just 20 minutes. Told to post them back and they would test them and replace if faulty. Spent another $13.20 postage. Tried to follow up but just get the runaround. I am in the process of lodging a complaint with fair trading.
