Some body should shut this Company down!!!!!!
About 11months and 29 days ago I purchased a Kasa Electric Digital 3-Wheels Digital Golf Control Power with Remote Power Control Caddy on EBay. Just before the warranty expired, the trolley stopped working. Despite my calls to the company, no one ever rang me back. So, after many hours of research, I took a lengthy drive to the factory in Dandenong. I was confronted by this person who asked me "what can I do for you mate?" so I explained my problem to him and about calling so many times and no one ever return my call. He said he was too busy...and didn't have time to waste , so I showed him my trolley and he said they don't do repairs as its only a warehouse, and he unprofessionally told to me to take the trolley to somebody else and if I needed parts to come back to him. So this morning I drove to a golf repair place in Dromana and was told that I needed a new power unit. I then returned to the factory in Dandenong and spoke to the same person and told him that I needed a new power unit, and he asked for my warranty papers and when I told him the warranty had now expired, he told me I had to pay for the parts. I tried to explain I saw him before the warranty had expired and he said to came back and he would get the part I needed. But then he very rudely said "bad luck mate the warranty has expired and the part costs $120.00". I just want everyone to know how distressing my experience has been and to warn everyone to be aware of the lack of service from this and to avoid doing business with them.
Purchased remote control was pictured Merlin control received mock up send a email saying we did not receive the pictured remote. And then after complaining the next day they changed the picture after they realize that the pictured the wrong item. The remote are absolute waste of money all the batteries were flat and didn't work after purchasing a new battery. But they offered to fix the issue by paying someone to come out and program them. Don't purchase anything from this company they just rip you off.
Product arrived damaged. No response from Kasa...
Ordered a pizza oven. It arrived promptly but parts of it were damaged. I started a dispute on Kasa's dispute resolution system but received no response. Still waiting weeks later...
