Could you send me some info on the Bars and shakes and the prices please?
Are they lactose free?
I know this is an old question, but it may help someone else in the future. The website says that there is now a 'new gentle on the stomach, lactose free chocolate shake'. It appears to be soy based and that there is also a vanilla version. If you are ok with soy despite all the scientific evidence to advise it can be very harmful in an unfermented state, then this could be an option for you. I did notice lots of great reviews for the CSIRO diet books (not the website unless you are quite computer savvy) that lets you eat real foods and still lose great amounts of weight while learning about portion control and healthy eating. People said they were often able to get the CSIRO program books from op shops. It might be worth a shot. Good luck whatever you decide.

My 1st week on Kate Morgan I lost 4.8 kgs,that was my 1stweek ,Thnx 2 Kate Morgan,nd a very intenses gym programme,but I haV bn haven problems in the afternoon wit the eating I grab anything I c ,crackers,chips mainly,wot do u guys do when u r at ur hungriest,nd can somebody put some daily menu of wot u eat in a day I struggle 2 decide on what nd when please
Hi there, I have been on kate morgan since 6 aug 2012 and i have lost 4 kgs but now i am not losing any weight, my weight is stuck on 73....I am planing to go on holidays in december this year and i have still got another 10kgs to lose...anyone can help me???? plzzz
Drink more water, I seem to stop but have increased my water intake to 3 x 600mls a day at the minimum.. depending on your height you may not get to lose the 10 kilo you want to. I have lost a total of 7.5 now since the middle of July I think it was I started. The Kate Morgan website is fantastic as well.. Good luck
Hi I lost 4.8 kgs in 1week no I was not starving myself i was disciplined only ate what I was meant 2,i go 2 the gym most days,but I found 4 myself that intenses exercising was what help me shed those kgs nd flushing my body with green tea,eating healthy is the key then comes exercising,if u r eating what u r meant 2 nd not seeing ur results I would say u need 2 do a more intense workout then u usually do,as your body has adjusted 2 the Kate Morgan programme the eating side anyway,it just needs a lill bit more boosting 2 get rid of those calories,this is my second week nd I have already lost a total of 6 nd a half kgs by doing this plan,I have my ups nd downs but eating and exercise is the key 2 loosing weight,hope this helps you,al the best
