I have lost 7.5kg (goal of 13) in 7 weeks! The last 2 weeks have hardly had any bars or shakes and am still losing 1kg a week -just by following the basic plan. If you need carbs then hav them early in the day, drink at least 2.5ltrs water, exercise 45mins minimum of 4 times a week i have muffin breaky, yog/fruit lunch & type of lean meat with sald for tea & snacks -rice crackers/fruit/salad's etc, if you need sweet then get creative! add a smear of jam to your chicken fillet when cooking, i love cheese and i have a little in my salad! dont try and beat the cravings or you will fall off the wagon -eat a little to satisy then move on.

If you stick to the 2 replacement meals a day and prepare one other low carb meal you will lose weight. The first week I was very tired and had an ongoing headache, but that soon stopped. I must admit that I don't generally stick to their no carb dinner suggestions, but I am conscious of portion control and keeping my dinner 'low carb', I have found that has greatly improved my energy levels (which i need with 2 small children around). However, I'm still losing plenty of weight about 3.5kg first week, and 1-2kgs per week after that - i had abo...ut 20kgs to lose). Haven't found myself hungry at all, and it's stopped me thinking about food all the time, which I usually do on diets, and that's made it easy to stick to. Shakes are really quite nice (particularly the fruit flavoured ones - I find the chocolate varities get sickening after a while), very efficient way of losing weight fast. Very minimal support provided to assist with weight loss.
Overall found it very good, I'm over 60 and have got my weight down to where I want it and feel fit and energetic. Also economical.
The shakes are convenient, filling and most of the flavours are yummy. Bars tasty, and recipes easy to prepare. You can concoct your own evening meal using meat, vegies and seasonings. It works.
Not enough variety in bars, only 2 to chose from. I found the soups unpalatable.
I am happy with the weight I've lost while being on Kate Morgan. I have lost 10kg in about 4 weeks.I'll be at my goal weight by my birthday in July.
Easy to follow.It's affordable and the support you get at the weekly weigh in is great.
A little too restrictive on what you can and can't eat.
Overall this diet program is not for me. I prefer a good tasting meal with more volume and variety. However I can see that it would benefit someone who eats a lot of unhealthy on the go meals. This diet would replace that last minute dash to Macca's. My weight is at the highest of the healthy weight range and I wanted to shift 5 kilos. I'm not going to do it with Kate Morgan. Logic does tell me to eat healthy porridge with some fruit for breaky and a yummy salad sandwich for lunch and a protein based meal with plenty of vegies for tea. I'...m just too lazy to have these ready and I snack between meals. I liked the idea of not having to prepare meals. They were ready to go, so all I had to worry about in the morning was the kids. The price is good value. I do not like the cereals and the cuppucino and the tomotoe soup. I found the replacement meals unsatisfactory to my taste. I felt hungry and felt let down after I had a meal.
Very convinent easy to follow good result on my first week + cheap at about a $3.25ea for breafast & lunch (I was spending $15 per day at the lunch bar)
Easy to follow well written books that came with the diet. Its cheap convenient & gave me more energy. After the first week I lost 2.4kg. I like the weigh in as it gives you a goal to aim for.

Losing weight is terrific after three years of trying other diets that just didn't work (now I'm in my mid fifties) I'm hardly ever hungry and have plenty of energy, I intend to keep the shakes up a couple of days aweek when i get down to my ideal weight to keep it off.
Easy to follow, shakes taste really nice and I'm not sick of them after 4 weeks, and I'm losing weight about 1 kg+ a week, popcorn and rice crackers work well as snacks and sugar free lollies get me through the sweet cravings
A little retrictive in food choices, but with imagination a fairly good variety of meals are available
This is an easy diet to follow. I love my chocolate and have now subtituted for diet Nestle choc mousse.
