can see why they only use express. The isopods were packed in plastic tupperware with no insulation, no bubble wrap, no extra protection. One of the containers had actually broken in transit. This is not an appropriate way to pack and ship these animals.
I bought a bulk tub which was advertised to contain 35-40 individuals. It had probably 15. There were also a few mancae (baby isopods) of which I suspect majority will die due to the stress and trauma from shipping. Would not recommend, I hope that the small amount of isopods who survived the journey will recover.

Sent a used and dirty product – Have just bought an Aqua one 750 series 2 filter online. While it arrived in original packaging and with the correct manuals, it was bought as a new product but has very clearly been used. or not (being summer in Australia) , but my suspicion that I was sent a used and dirty product was confirmed when I found several small snails in the filter media.
Very disappointing.

Poor Customer Service – Trying to call to discuss a online order. Awaiting phone call or email for over a week and no reply. Poor service
Misleading packaging beware – Purchased online a large hide and critters comfort bedding both which had a adult bearded dragon picture on the packaging. I also mentioned the hide was for an adult bearded dragon on my purchase order. On arrival sent by aus post, the hide opening was way too small. also the bedding not recommended. I would need to pay another $25 to return the items b4 I could be reimbursed. The misleading packaging was explained that I shoulve researched more thoroughly ( despite large images of bearded dragon on) and thirdly quote ' the people who package online don't really know much about the product. '
The dogs love it – We buy the ALa Carte lamb and rice biscuits the dogs seem to really like these over other brands and no upset tummies. I order on line and the delivery is quick . Great customer service thank you
