My back is so much better

I've had the chair for a few months now This chair has made so much difference to my back. I was in constant pain with my last chair. I do still have some mild arthritic pain but it is mostly gone. The chair is so adjustable so you can get it exactly how you need it. It's very well made and was easy to assemble. Would recommend it to anyone who works or studies from home and is sitting for long periods. Black was sold out so I got the grey which is actually really nice. Show details

Excellent quality and so comfortable

My chiropractor checked over the ergo adjustments before I committed to buying. I am so glad I purchased this chair I feel my posture is so much better for using it. Show details

Great chair

Great chair, only wished the arm rests would stay in preferred position. They do but if you forget and pull at the chair from the arm it also moves the position, maybe a lock option for the next model Show details

Perfect Chair for my IT job

Very decent look and comfortable chair. I really love this beautiful product.
Material is very strong and seems to be long-lasting. This chair would make you feel relaxed even if you are working for long hours.

Great chair

Great ergonomic chair with many levels of adjustment. The build quality is excellent considering the price. The only negative I would say is the arm rests, the lowest setting is still quite high and adjustment could be tighter so you're not accidentally changing the settings when moving the chair around. Show details

Ensure to measure

Whilst there are 9 adjustments one of them is not a flip up arm rest nor does the arm rest drop down to allow for shorter people. I am 165cm & the arm height is too high, resulting in neck & shoulder pain on first use & will likely remove the arms. I passed on the feedback to customer service to ask if there are any other options & the response was sorry for this and that’s why we provide the measurements. To be honest I’ve never had to check that particular measurement in any office chair I’ve ever purchased. Aside to that the chair is good quality, very heavy & the back adjustment is good. The headrest is a bulky also & we may too high for smaller people. In short check the measurements. Show details

Working in the office is so much better

Having done the research, found Kergo: Great chair, better value, fit and comfort than the name brands! Would be good if the arm rests could be locked into place and stop horizontal movement.

A perfect chair with all possible adjustments you can imagine

Right from the moment you unbox this chair, you can feel how solid this is built. The base, seating and back is heavy, but very easy to assemble. The mesh design allows air circulation and greatly helps if you are sitting for prolonged hours.

I am really happy with this product.

PS: The packaging is a perfectionist's dream.

Great chair, though not as high quality as I had expected

Overall I'm happy with the chair, however the seat part of the chair is slightly loose so if you rock side to side it has a little wobble in it. Not a big deal and doesn't detract from the comfort of the chair - which is excellent - just is a sign that it's not as high quality as I had expected gauging by other peoples reviews here.

Great affordable lumbar support and cool mesh chair!

Great Chair! Was looking for an ergonomic chair with mesh and adjustable lumbar support. This is a great chair for the price with plenty of adjustments and in particular the lumbar support. Up, down and in, out to make ur lower and upper back feel great all day. Plus all the other adjustments are great. Wheels roll on carpet too so doesn’t need those yuk plastic mats. Only small critique would be the head rest which locks will for height but not really firmly locking into its in and out positions. But this isn’t a big deal for me and u can get by by just adjusting the height. Great overall assembly too. For the money this has been a great chair.

Comfortable chair for use in the home office

Instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. The spare spring leaf came in handy as I dropped one attaching the back plate to the seat cushion and have no idea where it went to. Chose not to install the armrests, the chair functions ok regardless. Like the inclusion of the headrest. Still working on the right position in the chair to get the best of the lower back support. Happy with the purchase.
