The whole process of purchasing our new service was easy and very straightforward. This was helped by the knowledgeable staff who talked us through all our options and details.
In particular, the delivery was seamless. Sam and Karl were incredibly professional, friendly and so helpful in making sure we knew how to modify our sofa on our own once they had left. 10/10!

Due to multiple unplanned moves last year I was unable to set up my couch after purchasing it.

However, I organised for it to be put together today after 4 moves (hopefully the last for a while!) Sam and Karl were AMAZING! So helpful and very efficient in putting it all together. They not only helped me set up in the shape I wanted but positioned it until I was happy with its location. Super grateful - Thank you Sam and Karl!

Sam and Karl from King Living where very professional and excellent. They did everything. It was a challenging delivery up 3 flights of stairs but they handled it with ease. They arrived when they said they would. They were polite and kept me informed on everything they were doing. Highly recommended a nd the best furniture delivery I've ever experienced.

Karl went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied with my Oliver Tub Chair even before we discovered that it was not assembled correctly, which he managed to fix. We also found a tear in the cover, he noted it on the delivery report & confirmed the notification to the customer service department via text message only minutes after leaving. It’s obvious that Karl takes pride working for King Living & customer’s to him come first.

We had our king furniture delivered today (after waiting 5 months) by Sam & Karl. They were meticulous and mindful of furniture, floorboards etc. they placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it and cleaned up the packaging and plastic after so there was no mess.
