The guys who came to deliver our outdoor lounge and coffee table were very professional and explained things well. Did have an issue with the weatherproof cover not fitting correctly (and the zipper broken) and the table top missing but this was not because of the delivery. The delivery guys promptly reported the issue with the cover and really the pre-delivery people should have advised us of the table top not being available until later.

Sam & Karl provide a very efficient delivery service. They called to advise they were on their way and would be approx 20mins away which gave an opportunity to be ready for the arrival of a new mattress. They were very attentive and respectful of our home making sure not to touch/scratch the walls and removed their shoes as they were walking on carpet. They made sure the mattress fitted correctly and that the changeable covers purchased also fitted correctly. Highly recommend their delivery expertise.

Absolutely the best delivery experience I have ever had. Polite and friendly. Had plenty of notice, unpacked the rug with no fuss. A breath of fresh air.

Our lounge suite came today and we were lucky enough to have Sam & Karl as our delivery team.

They were on time, communicated well with us prior to arrival and make the whole process very straight forward.

They setup our lounge and cleared all of the rubbish taking it with them
