Dining room chairs delivered today by Mooky and Kiran in perfect condition. Both delivery drivers were efficient and friendly and I am very happy with my purchase.

Very friendly - arrived exactly as stated - istalled all four recliner chairs without issues. They explained how the chairs are put together in case i want to move them and how where the buttons are how they work. They cleaned everything after them

We just got our delivery from King Furniture, for our bed that we had ordered. It was delivered by Sam and Karl 2 of the most helpful and caring and courteous delivery/installers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They unpacked everything , checked to made sure it was all correct and not damaged. They installed it and showed us how everything worked. They then cleaned up and took all the rubbish.

Sam and Karl delivered our King lounge and rug today and I couldn't be happier with their service. They took the time to listen to where I wanted the furniture, made all the adjustments we wanted before they left and were extremely polite and professional. Couldn't rate them more highly.

Great quality products experience with show room and staff overall excellent. Not cheap - also not ridiculously expensive - quality and value is there. Wide selection of fabrics and materials need some navigating and hard decision making - a good problem to have around choices.

Polite, professional, friendly and efficient. We were satisfied with everything about buying this lounge. The accuracy on delivery date was impressive (given Covid challenges) and the knowledge of all the staff was topped off by the amazing delivery.

Sam and Karl delivered my long awaited sofa lounge in perfect condition, they setup the accessories, cleaned up packaging and showed me how to use the sofa as well, the guys communicated well in advance of their arrival which I appreciated and they were very nice, hope to see them deliver another King product on day.

The actual service from the store was average. It was hard to get served and when we did, the person made mistakes with our order. The team were too busy it seemed. However, we really liked and wanted the bed.

We were told the delivery team would call 30 mins before delivery (they didn't) and we were told they would be covid safe - wearing masks and gloves (they weren't). When they arrived, they ignored our instructions for how to get into our apartment and were seemingly lost and begrudged having to walk up stairs.

Just had our King Living lounge delivered today by Sam and Karl.
I was nervous about the delivery, as i have had furniture delivered before, and let me tell you the experience was shocking .
However, Sam and Karl were amazing! They were respectful and patient . Took their time showing me different ways to configure the lounge to best suit our space and even showed me how to turn it into a bed if required etc and all with a smile on their faces.
Will definitely be buying from King again !
