Sam and Karl delivered and put together our lounge and chaise with courtesy, efficiency and care. When they saw that the back arm rest was missing, they were very concerned and sought to reassure me that they would ensure it was found and delivered asap. Fortunately, I was able to allay their fears as King Furniture had rung to inform me of its delay. I was impressed by their concern as most delivery people just drop and go.

Just had a King lounge delivered by Sam & Karl. Couldn't have been two nicer blokes. Arrived on time, set up the lounge perfectly and took all our rubbish. Polite and courteous. Absolute gentleman.

You couldn’t ask for any better. Sam & Karl put together the furniture in lighting speed but with care and attention to detail. They cared about the impact of where they parked on our neighbours. They took the time to show us how we could adjust the furniture ourselves, & they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of packaging when they left.

I had my sofa bed delivered today and had the best experience with Sam and Karl. I was worried that there would be issues with getting the sofa bed into the house, and then into the correct room, but I had nothing to worry about. Sam and Karl were professional, courteous, careful and very strong! They made sure that everything was done properly, from the messages to say they were on their way, to getting the sofa bed through tight spaces, showing me how to use the bed properly, and then cleaning up before they left.
