Still waiting for my couch!
**update** king living have since been in touch & have explained why my couch has not arrived earlier. Their care & communication since making the initial review has been good.
I purchased a new sofa at the beginning of May, with an ETA on delivery at the end of July. After hearing nothing for over two months I enquired and was told it was on time, the week leading up to delivery I called again and was told it was in the country, but probably won’t be delivered on time. Half a business day before the original delivery date, I received a text...stating my couch would now arrive at the end of August. No phone call, nothing. I called King Living, confused as to why it took this long to be given this information, to be told that it is because of COVID. After well over a year of living with COVID, business cannot use this as a reason, and if it is the reason then potential delays should be communicated at time of purchase. The woman on the phone was nice, but couldn’t really do anything. If I had of been told it would be 4+ months to receive my couch, I wouldn’t have purchased it (as I don’t have a couch currently). I suspect my couch is lost. I am expected to wait, with no solution and a simple sorry. I won’t be buying from King again, their systems, customer experience and distribution channels clearly do not connect to each other
not really happy with colour of my 2 new chairs have spoken to store waiting on samples to compare very happy with both Mooky an his assistant on delivery 2nice chaps
Delivery guys were great but product quality not so much
Sammy and Mooky were really helpful and curteous. Their service a 5 star but the quality of the products were not so great and even though I have submitted a complaint, i still haven't heard from their consultants to rectify the problem, not quite what I expect of King.

Know better, choose better.
Sam and Karl did a good job, they moved and assembled my new sofa carefully and professional, they unboxed the furniture and left no mess behind. They were friendly, polite and courteous .
Very good service, efficient delivery service overall.
I was sent a sms indicating that delivery would happen in seven minutes, it took longer but the Sam and Karl made up for the delay by installing the sofa legs for me. They took the cardboard box away.
